you have to visit belgium embassy in abuja in person since ur in kaduna the will be in a better position to tell u the documents that u need to apply for visa.
An international student needs a minimum of 6000 euros to take care of his living expenses while studying so add 6000+3500 euros dat gives you 9500euros so u need about 10,000 euros to be in ur bank statement or sponsors account if u really want to get ur visa.

are u applying for bachelors or masters degree.90% of Masters programmes in germany are taught in English while bachelor programmes are mainly in german.As for the age you dont have a problem if you are going for master programme.
Germany is a very nice country if u go there with a student visa and there are menial jobs which u can do while studying the problem is just that most naija guys push drugs in germany n most of them go around with fake papers.

which school in turkey did u graduate from,some1 said dat its better to enter turkey with a tourist visa and then go directly to the university with your credential and apply for MSC programme that the will give spot admission and then change my tourist visa to Student visa/permit.
