US aren't weak military wise because they left Afghanistan, but by doing so their position in the world stage generally has weakened. I should probably spell it out for you. Do u know what it takes to stage a war against a nation like US?? So U think it's all about weapons, of which the US has superior weapons. For your information Russia doesn't have the financial power to fight a full blown war, and that's why they're teaming up with China for their financial aid during a war. To fight a war u need to fund logistics, weapons development, personnel needs and a whole lot.
