Migration Tasmania will periodically review EOIs and contact the most promising candidates and invite them to apply for nomination through SkillSelect. So you will have to wait. What is your occupation BTW?
Please I'm a bit confused here - based on Ur response cos the EOI I submitted is via skillselect.

Occupation : Recruitment Consultant
491-75points

Please clarify.

Does south Australia send pre invites based on EOIs on skillselect too?

You may have to wait a little longer since your transcript just got to them. Your transcript is expected to have been delivered before you pay not 3 months after though.
Have you been sent any email asking for your transcript?
Thanks for your response; yes, they sent mail giving me a deadline to present it and it was finally received. Got a receipt acknowledgement from them.

Please how long does it take to get a final response from Vetassess?

It's more than 3 months now....hope everything is fine.

Though they just received my transcript 2 weeks ago, full submission is more than 3 months now.

Any advice on this please?

You shouldn't be even thinking about this but if it happens fine, honestly most ppl that i know are living in regret, some old folks have to go back to naija to remarry secretly. Some are left in the lurch due to the waiting period of two years to get partner visa, the other party call it quit and they have to start all over again. There are many other pathways better than putting yourself in an uncertain situation. Also, over 60k backlog of people are on waiting list for partner visa, some are there for over two years and at the end of the day, you will find out that those that struggle to get their PR are ahead of you while you doing everything to satisfy your Aussie bride for things not go south.
Your best bet is schooling in a state that 190 or worst-case scenario 491 is guarantee after studies.
PS: Ask on the student thread about experience regarding dating Aussies talkless of marriage.

Hello great people, please advise: i know pension or tax is required as a further proof of work.
So I'm asking....must the pension statement cover the total number of years one is claiming?
My company starts pension after confirmation (at 6 months); I intend to claim 1 year experience but pension will only reflect for six months.
This caveat is however clearly stated in my offer letter.
Will this fly with Vetassses pls as I can't get tax clearance?
TravelRe: DIY Guide To Australian Permanent Resident Visa - Part 2 by Goodies1: 9:40pm On Aug 25, 2020
Please can someone help with directions on how to get my tax clearance for vetassess.
I work with a private firm in PH nd my tax is deducted every month.
I know my company remits and gets clearance certificate every year as a company but I'm confused on how to get my personal tax clearance.
Anyone who has scaled this should please help

You should read the AIM website for more details. If you are not a Senior manager in the real sense directly reporting to the Managing Director of your organization, please don't waste funds assessing as HRM.

You can check the following occupations on the list
Human Resource Adviser
Recruitment Consultant
Workplace Relations Adviser

Due to your first degree from NAU, you can't assess with that only with Vetassess else, it will be a negative assessment. You will need to add your MSc, however only experience after the date on your Msc certificate will be approved by Vetassess.

For your spouse, he should check the following occupations and go with the one that best fit his occupation. The earlier he does that, the better
1. other Spatial scientist
2. Earth Science technician

What month is his 45th birthday?

You as the PA
Age: 25
Edu: 15
Exp: 0
Eng: 10
Spouse: 10
Total: 60

Your spouse as the PA
Age: 15
Edu: 15
Exp: 15
Eng: 10 (tentatively)
Spouse: 10 (this point is awarded if you choose occupation on the same list and you have a positive assessment)
Total:65

The points above does not include state nomination points for 190 or 491.

You both can also work on getting 20 points in PTE.

Good luck[/quote]

Hello great people!
Please help clarify....

If I have my official transcript, can I post to vetasses myself? will it be accepted? I'm asking cos I don't trust my uni to deliver.

Also, my bsc is not in a related field. I intend to use just my MBA for assessment. Is there any need to still send my bsc transcript to vetasses?
TravelRe: DIY Guide To Australian Permanent Resident Visa - Part 2 by Goodies1: 12:05am On Apr 04, 2020
ajayidebo:
Your chances are really good.

You and your spouse should do assessment. With these, you'll gain maximum partner point and also any of you can be the main applicant for your occupations.

Haven't said that, I'd advice you find someone that has gone through HRM assessment with AIM for guidance. Your spouse occupation as Spatial Scientist is under VETASSESS. Their process is quite straightforward and the MSc from Ibadan is 2008 will do just fine. Just make sure the work experience and job description is verifiable and matches that of ANZSCO. Every other information can be found on your assessor's website.

In addition, your occupations are both available for nomination by various states, some with caveat base of type of Visa class.

You should try and see how much points your spouse as main applicant can gather on https://www.anzscosearch.com/search/. If he can get 20points from English Test, it will really do your guys a great deal to apply for either 189 or 190. His occupation is available for 189, 190 (Both permanent residence) as well as 491 (Provisional visa)
Thanks so much for your response.
I am concerned about the age for my spouse being too close to the cut off; less than a year ahead.
That's why I choose to be the main applicant.
Will proceed with preping for assessment right away.
Thanks once again
