Out of 2,000 members of that kind of group. Half may disagree, then 500 may not have PVC or cannot vote due to location. You're left with 500 that you have to their leader have to convince or induce with money.

The only effective way to prevent wicked people from spoiling our image abroad is to stop Igbos or scrutinize them specially before travelling.
