First off you need to know how a swing high or low forms or it’s formation.
For example, a swing high would have a candle in the left, middle and one one the right. That is a swing high.

Secondly you need to define a range in which you are, I’ll suggest HTF range; D1, H4 and H1(I use H4 & H1 depending on which has clear PA).

Thirdly, to easily spot liquidity, the last swing point above or below your supply/demand leaves or Poi are going to be attacked most times because it’s a fake move i.e Judas move to trick retail into early entry. They clear that area before the real move takes place most time but there are other factors and arrays that comes into play before this plays out like taking out an old low/high, break in market structure and the formation of that initial fake high or low that gets cleared before the real move.

Now I am clear about the question you have been trying to ask. Realone12's answer is just the right one. As an addition, THE NUMBERS OF TRADES YOU ARE ABLE TO PULL, in the course/duration of the competition, CAN BE UNLIMITED.

You can even open and close 300 trades or 2,700 lots (total size), in 4 hours, disqualification NO GO HAPPEN - AS LONG AS U DO NOT EXCEED THE 5 LOTS SIZE OPEN POSITIONS, at any given moment of the competition.

there is no limits to the number of positions you are permitted to open per day. you can open 100 positions if you like. but don't trade morthan 5 lots at a point in time. you can trade more than 100 lots a day if you like. but you shouldn't go above 5 lots in all your open positions at a point in time.
if u trade 5 lots in the morning, you can close the trade and trade another 5 lots in the afternoon, you can as well do the same in the evening.bottom line is you have to close one 5 lots to be able to trade another 5 lots . hope u get it now
