I enjoy salad now tho.

Hello Mothers/Nairalanders

Please is anyone bothered as i am about what to prepare for your kids to take to school for their lunch?

If you are like me you always worry about their getting the right nutrients that they need for a healthy growth.Apart from plantain, sweet potato, rice, snacks, what other healthy foods can kids have for lunch in the school?

Your suggestions will be very much appreciated.

Thankx.

Lack of blinking is the main reason why your eyes hurts. When you are concentrating intently on whatever you are doing, you tend to blink less making your eyes become dry and irritated as you don't blink often enough.
If you spend too much time looking at your computer screen try these,

Try to conciously make yourself blink more often.

Always take a break away from your system.

Drink lot of liquids, this will make you take bathroom breaks.

Try using a screen cover.

Don't respond to such discomfort by rubbing your eyes, remember keyboards are full of bacteria.Wash your hands before and after use.

If symtoms persist consult your doctor.

Hope this helps.

"I am really sorry to have kept you waiting this long,i had an impromptu meeting with a client she smiled apologetically". what can i say Jess has always been this way you could forgive her for almost anything.

"thats alright, lets get out of here iam drenched!"

"what? aint you going to introduce me to your friend?" she asked looking the guy over. Not waiting for me to reply she said, "hi handsome 'am Jess, thanks for keeping my sister company". "Hi jess it's my pleasure i am Brian, and you sure have a looker for a sister".

"Brian perhaps we could give you a lift to some place?"jess asked ignoring Jane's angry looks. "Sure" he said hopping in at the same time,he wouldn't miss the opportunity of getting to know them better for anything!
