Things are certainly heating up in Peru as reports circulate that celebrity exes Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony are in a dispute over her new boyfriend Casper Smart. Marc is allegedly so threaten by Casper that he may quit their talent show ‘Q Viva: The Chosen’ less than a week into production!

According to RadarOnline.com, Marc Anthony is acting like a jealous ex by refusing to even go to Peru or Chile to co-host their new venture Q’Viva because of a colossal fight he and Jennifer had the previous week regarding her new boyfriend Casper Smart.

Giuliana Rancic is ready for phase three of her life without breast cancer after her double lumpectomy did not completely remove the cancer. Rancic, 37, revealed she will undergo a double mastectomy and take some time off from work to complete the procedure.

Yesterday Giuliana and her husband Bill Rancic joined talk show host Wendy Williams and proved that you can still maintain humor through the most stressful situations.

Giuliana revealed on Wendy that immediately following her double mastectomy she will undergo reconstructive surgery. The decision will also increase the chances for Giuliana getting pregnant in the near future.

“Listen, I love my girls, but I’m gonna feel more like a woman when this is all done.”

In other news, diva like actor Alec Baldwin was kicked off an American Airlines flight.

Alec Baldwin’s addiction to ‘Words with Friends’ cost him a seat aboard an American Airlines flight at the Los Angeles International Airport on Tuesday. The ’30 Rock’ actor who was on his way to New York City, ignored a request from a flight attendant to turn off his phone before take off. But Baldwin argued that the plane was still at the gate. If the flight attendant didn’t understand his rational, there’s always Twitter;

“Flight attendant on American reamed me out 4 playing Words With Friends while we sat at the gate, not moving,” vented Alec to his Twitter followers.

Angelina Jolie and her partner Brad Pitt have six children! The pair have spoken separately and together about their views on marriage, as a unit they will not take the vow until everyone is allowed to marry. Lopez tweeted the following to her anxious fans after she landed;

“I arrived in Peru and am very moved because I hope to discover great talents for QViva!”

Beyonce opens up to Katie Couric about her pregnancy on Friday night’s 20/20. As many speculate over the due date of Beyonce’s baby, the singer reveals that she deserves and needs protection to enjoy her day with her family and soon to be boy or girl.

How do you erase 72 days of your life - get an annulment! Kris Humphries is aiming for that solution when he recently filed the request from his wife of 72 days, Kim Kardashian. Reportedly Humphries marked "nullity of voidable marriage" and checked the box "fraud" as the basis! If an annulment is not granted then Kris wants a legal separation.

This is something of a 180 for Kris who originally stated that Kim's divorce request totally caught him by surprise and he was willing to do whatever it took to make his marriage work.

Kris' desire to annul his marriage may serve him well since his image is taking a beating in the press thanks to clever marketing and editing on Kourtney and Kim Take New York.

A source also claimed Humphries not only freeloaded off his wealthy wife, he was also unnecessarily cruel by calling her hurtful names.

Just days after Kim Kardashian lamented about never having children, her older sister Kourtney Kardashian has confirmed she’s pregnant with her second child.

Kourtney confirmed the pregnancy news to US Weekly,

“Now I’m nine weeks along. You’re supposed to wait 12 weeks to tell people, but I feel confident.”

Kourtney added to E! News, “Scott and I are so excited to announce that we are expecting our second child and are thrilled to be expanding the love in our family.”

E! also confirmed Kourtney coincidentally just launched Kourtney’s Mommy Blog where she will dish out tips on parenting. Kourtney will be showing off her baby bump by the time filming begins on ‘Keeping up with the Kardashians’…so much for the boycott.

Well it's a great deal for Casper, but for Jennifer, I really, really hope it's only temporary,

Jennifer Lopez’s children, Max and Emme are getting acquainted with her new boyfriend, backup dancer Casper Smart.

After their full on public display of affection at J.Lo’s American Music Awards afterparty, Jennifer wanted more. Casper’s status became official when he joined Jennifer and her family in Kauai, Hawaii over the Thanksgiving break. If joining the family on vacation didn’t seal the deal completely, new pictures show Casper (above) playing with Jennifer daughter Emme on the beach!

While many people are crossing their fingers hoping that this is a mere fling, Casper couldn’t help sharing his enthusiasm with the world via Twitter: “Getting ready to go wakeboarding and ride some ATV’s!!!!”

After bonding with the family, Casper and J.Lo reportedly spent some couple time on a helicopter ride over Kauai.
