Boasting about being in the party for 21 years, sir, what did you achieve within that 21 years? Obi came in and in less than a year, today, the party has a name. It's not how long but how far.

I don't know if I am the only one having this bad habit. It has stopped me from achieving so many of my goals.

I would see something, like it and aim for it and if within a short while I do not achieve my goal, that spirit that says 'give up' is already working on me.

It's not the spirit of an achiever and I know for sure. That is why I need help. Even Buhari contested many times before he was declared the winner whether he actually won or not.

How do I change this habit that has dragged me backward?

I'm asking because I have learned this copywriting from more than one place and one of the places taught me to disguise and operate as a US or UK citizen when I am here in Nigeria.
@Funnydude, you haven't answered this question for clarity sake please. Are you on upwork as a Nigerian or an American?

Sell yourself on freelance site like Upwork, Fiverr.

When I say money is in copywriting, here's what I mean:

In the job post below the client need 5 Emails for $250.

Let's do rough calculation:

To bid this project it requires 6 connects.
Cost per connect is $0.15 cent.

$0.15 * 6 = $0.90 cent( less than $1)

So you use 0.90 cent to land a $250 job.

Upwork %charges, 10% of $250 =$225

Total: $250 - $0.90 - $25 = $225

You'll be getting $225 profit.

$225 x 755 Naira = 170,000 Naira.

Just one job.

This is why I said Upwork is a gold mine

In all honesty, it is not what we don't have that makes us poor, but what we have that we don't know how to use.

Haven't people being scammed offline before?

The people that made up of real life be it good or bad are the one you see online as well.

We've seen people who met their helper here with touching success story.

Someone from here on the first day of Jan, 2023 bought data worth thousands of naira from me and ran away.

And I've seen genuine people that pay better.

I agree with you that to some extent I may not be doing everything right as they should. Like this very job is requiring the services of an expert copywriter and someone like you can actually tip me on certain things to do to secure this job. In copywriting, nobody knows it all.

I am sorry to hear that you are going through a difficult time. It can be frustrating and scary to feel like you're not able to make progress towards your goals, especially when you've put in effort to learn new skills and try out different avenues.

It's important to remember that you are not alone in this. Many people in Nigeria and around the world are struggling to find work or make ends meet. It's not a reflection of your worth or ability, but rather a challenging circumstance that many are facing.

While it's understandable to feel afraid and uncertain about the future, it's important to try and stay positive and keep searching for opportunities. Consider reaching out to friends and family members for support or networking, or look into local resources or organizations that may be able to provide guidance or assistance.

In the meantime, continue to develop and refine your skills, and consider exploring new avenues or trying out different approaches to your current pursuits. Keep in mind that success often takes time and persistence, and setbacks or challenges are a normal part of the process.

Above all, remember to take care of yourself and prioritize your mental and physical health during this time. Seek out activities or hobbies that bring you joy and help you feel fulfilled, and stay connected with others who can provide encouragement and support.

Keep your head up and keep pushing forward - I believe in you!
Thank you very much for these nice words.

Op your problem is that you trying to be everywhere. From my experience, if you want to earn online and build authority, you have to pick ONE skill and focus on it alone.

I focused on Copywriting and I've made $30,000+ with it on Upwork since 2020.

I didn't say digital marketing, email marketing or other noise.

Just ONE skill.

Build reputation.

Get More testimonial.

So, niche down to a particular skill and go in.

Don't give up pls
How can you be of help to me in copywriting please? Can I send you a PM?

i made my first sale after 7 months of flipping, and have you gone back and check past post of gurus like them boss iyke and others,
have u ever cared to ask them how many names they have in their portfolio and how many will expire soon.
stop complaining and work harder
