Hmmm, to those who think Dami is proud, or Ella weak...or those wondering the aim of his post...well we are all entitled to our opinion. But let me share his full post on instagram here so that we understand why he shared the fb screenshots.
There is always a theme in any post...for me, I see the central theme in the second paragraph...

Seun: Fellow Nairalanders,
The forum was totally down for about 23 minutes this afternoon. I apologize for allowing this to happen. There’s no excuse for it.
Regards, Seun. Hello Seun, Good day. Trust you had a great day. Please I (with a couple of others) have identified a fraudster on this NL platform. His moniker is Joke2010. He posts fake jobs with malicious links, basically for phishing. Kindly investigate and do the needful. I know there are many of them on here, and as we keep identifying, we will keep bringing to your attention. Thank you. |

GreatHercules: I'm just wondering how these companies cannot see that dragnet is poorly structured, ineffective and utterly incompetent in screening participants.
A firm that packs over 200 Persons in one tiny cubicle at Anthony, sets abstract questions that is not only useless but the options are tiny and you'll have to strain to see properly, The numerical, my questions loaded before my graph fully displayed and time kept counting. like wtf!! and you expect them to pass?? It's luck that counts in such nonsensical scenario not brains.
Now, before you think I'm crying foul, this is the first Dragnet test i'm failing, i've passed numerous ones and i still maintain the fact that any sensible organization will not outsource to dragnet. workforce coordination is miles better. although workforce has it's own issues too. Spot on |

Aol360: 0.01% of 50,000 is 5.
It simply means (divide 0.01 by 100) then multiply by 50,000 which gives 5.
I can relate with the information that 0.01 percent is needed. Their overall staff strength is not up to 200. More so, only few were taken the last time they recruited. I went through the thread to establish these facts.
So they might not recruit more than 15-20 people at most. Let's pray more and hope for the best. Good jobs are very hard to get!

revson: Hi Guys,
Good luck in your Accenture hustle.
Regarding the above quote, over 50,000 applied and they just want less than 0.01%. I think we are privileged to have gotten to this stage.
This is the highest I can go because this is a privileged information.
Regards Hehehe, going by your statement, less than 0.01% of 50,000 is 5 and below....even if it is 100,000 that applied, 0.01% of 100,000 is 10. Are you sure of what you wrote here, abi na typo? |

Someone shared this on LinkedIn. I hope Ey recruitment team gets to see this (particularly no 3 ): INTERVIEW FUNDAMENTAL ISSUE 1. Candidates do not get paid for the interview time while interviewers are paid by their companies. So wasting candidate time is considered fine. No, it is not. 2. There is no standard time to get back. My personal standard - by the morning of next day (is this ever possible in Naija ). Why is it so difficult? Yes, we all typically don't buy the first car we see but people are not cars. 3. Interviewers come to interviews unprepared and read CV in front of a candidate for the first time. That's unprofessional just like not getting back to candidates in time. My point is, not just EY alone but all recruitment teams in companies in Nigeria need to improve their feedback process. It is a sign of unprofessionalism to keep a candidate in the dark for so long about their recruitment status. These candidates are humans with feelings and a LIFE. Don't treat them like a piece of wood (even carpenter self value wood ). Please improve your recruitment process. Restructuring or downsizing or rightsizing is not a tenable excuse! From a concerned fellow. |
