That you are doubling down makes it seem like you are in charge of the recruitment as only the person in charge can guarantee that. I find it hard to believe that Accenture will accept to incure all the cost associated with screening 50,000 applicants just to select a maximum of 4 persons (less than 0.01%). It's ridiculous!
