This morning as I walked by a road I came across a prayer house where many people gathered praying a particular prayer point; Seeing people praying that a woman that took their name to a witch doctor in the village should die gave me serious goose pimples.

if she die will the effect of what she has done against you die? the bible say in

Ephesians 6:12
For we wrestle not against flesh and blood,
but against principalities, against powers,
against the rulers of the darkness of this world,
against spiritual wickedness in high places.

It did not say but against mama Agnes or against Baba papilo, but against the above mentioned.
so stop asking the flesh and blood that is troubling you to die, stop praying that any mama big nose should die because if she die she can handover your case file to mama big mouth and the attack in your life lingers on. that is why your problem persist even after mama big nose that troubled you is dead,

Exodus: 22-18,Thou shalt not suffer a witch to live.
does not mean you should plank a witch to death cos as you are beating him her to death with all your physical muscles he she is spiritually handing over your case file to another who you don't know but knows you. pray against their spirit, the evil that come tru them, against their kingdoms and so on.
Lord Jesus please give us understanding and wisdom on how to pray so that we won't pray a prayer that will be transferring our case file from kingdom to kingdoms this we pray through Jesus Christ our saviour amen.

BE DIFFERENT

“...a woman of Canaan came out of the same coasts, and cried unto him, saying, Have mercy on me, O Lord, thou Son of David...”
(Matthew 15: 22)

That is the Focal Scripture of Streams of Joy Devotional today.

When the woman of Tyre and Sidon met Jesus, she called Him “Lord, thou son of David”. She lived in a pagan, gentile territory, but she had a deep revelation about Jesus. Her location didn't limit her knowledge of God. Her location didn't feed her. There was a godless environment around her, but she believed in and connected to a God higher than her location.

Friend, when you allow your location to feed you, you will be like your location, but when you allow God to feed you, you will be higher than your location. If you allow God to pour His word into you, you might still be in a godless environment, yet your life will speak of God’s mercies and intervention. When you connect to God’s word despite what happens around you, your Exceeding Expansion will continue against all odds.

That woman could have been excused if all she knew was what people in her location knew; but she went further by knowing the Lord. She knew what her location didn't know. Don’t allow your location to limit your knowledge; don’t be limited by limitations in your location.

Know what people around you don’t know; know God more than the people around you; be better than people around you; be better than your location; if people in your location are ungodly, be godly; if they have no hope/faith, hold fast to your own hope/faith.

Knowing what her location did not know connected the woman to a result her location could not offer. Break away from the confines of your location, and you shall have what your location can't offer.

Romans 12 vs. 2 says: “And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind...”

Prayer : Lord, my location will not feed me; I am fed by Your word, in Jesus’ name! Amen

Today May the God of Elijah give you a heart to harken to His word and always thirst for righteousness in Jesus name.

Repentance: HOW DO YOU TREAT PEOPLE THAT HAS NOT REPENTED/ BACKSLIDERS?
Do you avoid them?
if yes, it means you are doing it wrong because, they will never repent or come back to God.

Luke 5:32. I have not come to call the righteous,
but sinners to repentance."

If you appear over righteous to them and make them feel you are righteous while they are the sinner, you will lose them and Satan will capture them and rule over their lives. DON'T SHOW THEM HOLIER THAN THOU ATTITUDE.

in the race of soul saving, you have to be closer to them, by greeting, preaching the word of God to them according to how it concerns them,
Don't go to a hungry man and begin to shout "you are a sinner! repent! repent! You will get him angry and you will end up molding an instant mad man, because when anger jam hunger is equal to MADNESS.

I think such one will manage to smile back at you when you start by telling him/her what God did in Exodus 16:4
"Then the LORD said to Moses, “I will rain
down bread from heaven for you. The people
are to go out each day and gather enough for
that day.
Gradually he/she will listen to you and with time he will say yes to Jesus and walk in the right part.

Brethren, stop running away from soul saving, stop wining souls, always win and save souls.
Saving of souls may be all you need to get your prayers answered.

Bring the afflicted, bring the cultist, bring the fraudsters, bring the witches/wizards, marine agents.
Many of them want to be delivered they want to stop that evil act, but they don't know how and where or who to turn to that will lead them to our Saviour Jesus Christ. So please stop running away from them they need you to lead them to Christ, they need to be delivered.
Remember that any committed atrocity or affliction, pain, evil dreams are being controlled by evil spirit, and the evil spirit need to be destroyed by God alone during deliverance

Bring them to Jesus the Saviour the Merciful, the burden bearer, the tears wiper, the employer of to the unemployed ,the author and finisher of our faith.

I visualise the white garment I see all the angels wearing, that I normally see in my dream.

In bible times, Jesus was often followed by a multitude; but when He went to Tyre and Sidon, there was no multitude, yet the woman recognized Him. There was no crowd to suggest that it was Jesus, yet that woman recognized Him.

Sometimes, we are more conscious of Jesus when there is a crowd. Sometimes, we are more conscious of pleasing the Lord when people are watching, failing to do same when no one is watching. Sometimes, who we are when people are watching is not who we are when no one is watching. Sometimes, we find zeal and passion for God and for prayer when people are watching, and lose same when no one is watching.

Friend, even when there is no crowd, recognize and honour Jesus. Live your life in recognition of Jesus even if no one recognizes and honours Him around you. Live for God even if there is no crowd to recognize His presence in your life. Be prayerful even if no one is watching; be committed to Jesus even if no one notices your commitment/ dedication.

The presence of Jesus in your life is not about the crowd. It’s about Him. It’s not about who is watching; it’s about who He is in your life. If you are driven by the crowd, you will miss the point of Jesus’ presence and what He can do for you and in you when no one is around. If you measure the presence of Jesus according to the crowd, you are missing the mark.

Look beyond the crowd and see Jesus wherever you are. Even if no one is watching you, know that Jesus is watching. Even if no one recognizes Jesus around you, know that He is there.

Prayer : Lord, even when there is no crowd, I choose to see and honour You, in Jesus’ name! Amen

Amen, Every day I bless the name of the Lord for your wonderful character, you are such a gold yet to be discovered by many, No darkness can cover your light in Jesus name, keep it up cos heaven is real and you are truly a Heavenly candidate. I have said it in my mind long ago never to ignore dreams or revelations even when it concerns another person be it a total stranger. because when I had a dream before about the president election, I felt well things were OK when the winner-to-be ruled this country before so ignored the awful revelation, but I became scared when he eventually mount the seat of presidency and that dream is coming to pass gradually. God pls. with your mighty hand Uphold our country Nigeria this we asked through Jesus Christ our saviour.

God does not allow any one to have a revelation for nothing, He may allow you to have a revelation about people you never met, people that you have met but are not related to you and people that are related to you.
but in whichever way, when God allow you to have a revelation or a dream about others pray for them whether they are related to you or not, simply because, you never can tell who God will use as your helper in future.

I have never been to that school neither do I have any relative or someone I know in that school, but I had a dream about the graduating first class students and others among them. To my greatest surprise I woke up this morning after morning devotion I logged in to NL and behold the above school name on the front page with same graduation information that I dream of. Awesome God I shouted and went down on my knees for a new round of prayers, pls. join me throughout today to pray for them.
