Seanixking: Lol! I'm enjoying my time off work. Happy New Year to you too! |
I wake up to all this hoopla about an awards show. I think it's a known fact that sometimes, the people who deserve recognition don't get it. |
She's a bit of a looker isn't she! Nice picture! |
This is quite helpful for some of us that aren't huge fans of reading. Your post focuses on studying, which is obviously crucial for students. Thank God I'm done with all that. |
She stays proud of her family! This is lovely. |
I won't lie, it's a good feeling to enter the new year with such over the top celebrations. It was non-stop last night! |
Let him celebrate his success, joh! Politics in Nigeria seems to be fleeting, these days. One day a person has power, the next they don't. |
Bollinger: Very well put point, I totally understand your point of view! :-) Lol re: '... we'll start using true under 17 players'. I tire for Nigeria and the official age wahala! |
I and my loved ones will not make a list like this any time soon! Amen! |
The shade of this is astounding!! How is this different from what Freeze did to Basketmouth? These people are focusing on their craft! #WeMustDoBetter! |
It's natural to crave the love that only family can give! |
Mhen! I've seen baby mama drama first hand (the one where the law is firmly by the unkind woman's side). I wish them all the best; this is the bed they made and will lay in for at least 16-17 more years |
OrlandoOwoh: If they could not afford to do this, they should not have started it. These players are used to receiving their bonuses and have probably taken up financial responsibilities in line with their income. Taking the money away from them is never a morale booster. Yes, Nigeria should source funding for this because when they go wherever they go, they represent Nigeria. Also, it may not mean much to others, but to these players, football is their livelihood, their job! Why then are they expected to accept something that is unfavourable when they give up so much to try to be the best they can!? We can't just focus on the old, these are up and coming footballers that will do Nigeria (a massive football loving nation) proud! |
This is a bit of a shame. These players will see it as something being taken away from them which isn't a morale booster. Nigeria should source funding for this! Random question: are they doing the same for the Eagles? |
Omotola is blessed with beautiful children!! |
anselm791: Mate, good luck to you! It is, simply, my opinion! |
Some New Year goodness!! #PositiveVibes! |
With the times that we are in is just ridiculous; where people willing give their lives for the destruction of others'. Please stay vigilant! |
I wish you all the best. #PositiveVibes |
dabossman:Of course it works for some, but what if they wasted time waiting for a landmark season when they could have taken that step at any time. That's my point. :-) |
Abeg! Let the man be great! :-) |
A lot of thought has been put into this post, very positive thoughts. My prayer for you all is that you step into the will of God, what He wants for you, because anything outside His will is a struggle! LOOOOL! You go fear crystal ball! Re: otemanuduno |
LOOOL! My guy said 'are they age mates'? I don't know why this is a conundrum, these are just times. |
Lol! THIS is the problem with making New Year resolutions. Guys, you can choose to change your life at any point. You don't need a landmark season! |
The epidemic of the cash cow! Please inform this girl that you are not her meal ticket. Talking about she wants 15 grand for 'personal reasons' - doesn't she have a dad? |
This is what it's all about, loving your fellow human being! Well done, Slap1. A lot of people are going to get salty and leave nasty comments because they just don't understand. |
The best thing to do: find someone's wrapper (if you find a mat, even better); look for food in your car; step out of the car and have a picnic! |
Year in and year out, we follow the same custom of making our minds up to do different things and make different changes for the better. Some people actually follow through with these resolutions but most put it on the back burner by mid-January. Why is it so hard to break habits that we have spent years building? Why is it that even though we know we can do better, we somehow settle for less? Everything points to the fact that we are human and change does not happen without Grace. I mean, we are even alive because of grace and mercy. The problem is that a lot of people look away from the Source and look to other options for grace. This is an impossible venture. It is the grace of God that fuels determination within a person. Why don't you choose grace as your resolution, choose Jesus and you will never have to make another New Year's Resolution again. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hFXtou-O1j8 Cc lalasticlala |
Oh no!! :-( |
Great fun facts! I learned something! :-) |
Aww!! I remember most of all this. The good thing is that we can adapt to the inevitable - change! |
