Porn star Stormy Daniels has sued Donald Trump over the non-disclosure agreement she was paid £93,500 hush money for.

The adult actress alleges that Trump never signed the agreement that his lawyer had arranged with her following her alleged affair with the billionaire businessman.

The civil lawsuit alleges that the non-disclosure agreement is invalid because, while she and Trump’s attorney Michael Cohen signed it, Trump did NOT.

Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, filed the lawsuit, which was obtained by NBC News, in Los Angeles Superior Court on Tuesday.

Daniels is referred to as Peggy Peterson throughout the non-disclosure paperwork, while Trump is referred to as David Dennison.

An additional side letter agreement redacts the true identity of ‘DD’, but Daniels’ lawyer, Michael Avenatti, claims the individual is Trump.

Avenatti tweeted confirmation of the lawsuit on Tuesday, linking to the full set of court documents .

Daniels signed both the agreement and a side letter agreement using her professional name on October 28, 2016, just days before the 2016 presidential election, NBC reports.

Cohen reportedly signed the document the same day, but there is an empty blank space where ‘DD’ was supposed to sign, but did not.

Both agreements are appended to the lawsuit as Exhibit 1 and Exhibit 2, the website reports.

Yesterday, it emerged that lawyer Cohen moaned to friends he had not been reimbursed for paying Daniels hush money out of his own pocket.

Last month the attorney said he made the payment and denied it violated any campaign finance laws.

Cohen had been working to secure a deal with Daniels just weeks before the November 2016 US election, it is claimed.

But as the deal was being brokered, it is claimed he was unable to track down Trump for the money forcing him to use his cash instead.

Earlier this year, it emerged that Trump allegedly had the porn star spank him with a Forbes business magazine cover featuring his picture.

In 2009, Daniels was thinking of a run for the Senate in Louisiana and was working with local political consultants about potential donors.

Trump was on her list – and his name was one of the contacts in her phone, one political aide told Democratic consultant Andrea Dubé in an email.

“She says one time he made her sit with him for three hours watching Shark Week. Another time he had her spank him with a Forbes magazine,” the consultant wrote to Dubé.

The consultant revealed Daniels had told him the bizarre spanking session occurred while they were involved in a sexual relationship that began soon after they met during a golf tournament in July 2006.

The magazine that Trump asked Daniels to spank him with had his face on the cover, the consultant added.

Responding to the claims Daniels received “hush money” the White House said: “These are old, recycled reports, which were published and strongly denied prior to the election.”

The president has repeatedly said that all of the more than a dozen women who’ve accused him of sexual misconduct or assault are liars.

Daniels claims Trump was terrible in bed.

“[The sex] was textbook generic,” she said in an interview with US magazine InTouch magazine in 2011.

“It was nothing crazy. It was one position, what you would expect someone his age to do.”

The seven-year-old interview was published for the first time earlier this week after allegations emerged that Trump’s personal lawyer brokered a deal for her never to speak again.

But before accepting the supposed payment weeks before Trump was elected, the Good Will Humping star had already discussed her alleged liaison with Trump with InTouch.

She and the billionaire businessman met at a celebrity golf tournament in Nevada in 2006 – after Trump had married Melania and when their son, Barron, was just three months old, she said.

Daniels said she agreed to go back to his hotel room, where she says she teased him about his hair and he evaded her questions about Melania.

“He goes, ‘Oh, don’t worry about her,'” she recalled.

Eventually, Trump began pressuring her to get closer to him.

“He was sitting on the bed, and he was like, ‘Come here.’ And I was like, ‘Ugh, here we go,’ and we started kissing,” she said.

“I actually don’t even remember why I did it, but I do remember while we were having sex, I was like, ‘Please don’t try to pay me.’ And then I remember thinking, ‘But I bet if he did, it would be a lot,'” she said, according to the mag.

Afterward, he asked her to sign a copy of her X-rated film 3 Wishes, Daniels said.

She said the now president became “smitten” and started calling her every 10 days, promising to get her on The Apprentice and referring to her as “honeybunch”, she said.

“He told me once that I was someone to be reckoned with, beautiful and smart just like his daughter,”Daniels said.

Move over, cryptocurrency exchanges. Circle has arrived on the scene. The venture capital-backed startup has major plans to upend the existing digital currency exchange landscape. Circle recently bought out Poloniex, a popular exchange….

This is one of the largest cryptocurrency exchange acquisitions in history, if not the largest, according to CoinDesk. Now, Circle has plans to launch a new type of exchange which it sees as a challenger to reigning platforms like Coinbase.

New Exchange, New Tokens

Circle president Sean Neville explained his vision with a pop culture reference: “Rather than seeing a single Star Wars-type token that is good for everything across the galaxy, we’ll see a proliferation of tokens that have different functions.”

With that in mind, Circle’s new project will provide users access to a wide range of currencies and tokens. In practical terms, this means that Circle customers will have the ability to transact in bitcoin once again (the company disabled the service in December of 2016 on its exchange).

Customers will also be able to trade many other types of cryptocurrencies. Poloniex customers will suddenly be able to capitalize on Circle’s licensed and efficient platform, developed over a five-year period with about $140 million in venture capital funding. As Poloniex has faced increasing negative attention over its service in the past several months, this could give the flailing company an important second change.



Circle X

Circle’s long-term vision for the project involves a transformation into “Circle X,” an exchange that is not specialized. This means the exchange would not only host all types of cryptocurrencies, but it could also be used to trade in traditional equities and new assets. Neville explains that “we see the future of Poloniex as a full marketplace, where tokens can represent all kinds of assets and all kinds of contractual agreements.”

Though a highly ambitious goal, Circle X would put pressure on existing cryptocurrency exchanges like Coinbase. It would also aim to compete with other types of trading systems and even fiat currency markets. An Indian magazine that published a picture of a model breastfeeding a baby as its cover photo has sharply divided opinion on social media.

The cover of Grihalakshmi, which is published in Kerala state, depicts model Gilu Joseph staring straight into the camera with a baby at her chest.

The text above reads “Moms tell Kerala – don’t stare, we want to breastfeed”.

This is thought to be the first time an Indian magazine has published a cover image of a woman breastfeeding.

But the fact that the model is not herself a mother has caused some discomfort and generated debate.

Grihalakshmi’s editor said the magazine wanted to raise awareness about the need for mothers to be able to breastfeed in public.

“A month ago, a man shared a picture of his wife breastfeeding on Facebook to start a conversation about letting mothers feed in public spaces. But the result was that the woman was subjected to cyber-bullying from both men and women,” Moncy Joseph told the BBC’s Ashraf Padanna

“That is why we decided to dedicate our latest issue to breastfeeding mothers.”

Many women in India who wear the traditional sari breastfeed in public, using the garment as a means of covering themselves. But this option is not available to women who do not want to wear the sari.

The World Health Organisation recommends exclusively breastfeeding babies for the first six months of their life.

Many people posted on social media in support of both the magazine and the model.


To some it’s gross, to some it’s a free show. To a child, it’s unquestionably simple and necessary. To anyone smart in enough, it’s natural. Good work.

But the campaign has also drawn criticism for featuring a model rather than an actual breastfeeding mother.

“That point at which you decided to push a real mother actually breastfeeding her child into the inner pages and portray a model holding a baby to her bare breast on your cover is where you delved into cheap sensationalism and exploitation,” wrote blogger Anjana Nayar in a blog post.

But Gilu Joseph has defended her decision to pose for the magazine cover.

“I was expecting a lot of criticism, but I decided to take it all on with pleasure for the sake of all mothers who want to breastfeed with pride and a sense of freedom,” she told the BBC

One magazine quoted her as saying “which god will be angry if you feed your child?”

“It may not lead to a revolution in breastfeeding in public, but it is an important step. I only this doesn’t end up as usual in an apology from the editor.”

Breastfeeding in public is a contentious issue around the world.

In Scotland, a survey showed that more than a quarter of new mothers said that they were made to feel “uncomfortable” about breastfeeding in public.

Last year a study showed that rates of breastfeeding in the UK were the lowest in the world.

Only one in 200 women – or 0.5% – were still doing any degree of breastfeeding after a year, compared with 23% in Germany, 27% in the US, 56% in Brazil and 99% in Senegal.

Mobile giants Vodafone and Nokia have laid out plans to launch a 4G mobile network on the Moon in 2019.

The network will be used by lunar rovers to stream data back to a base station.

The network will enable Audi lunar exploration vehicles to communicate with each other and with a base station.

The 4G signal, provided by Vodafone, will also be able to transmit high-definition video streaming of the Moon’s surface.

“This project involves a radically innovative approach to the development of mobile network infrastructure” said Dr Hannes Ametsreiter, CEO of Vodafone Germany.

The vehicles are exploring the Moon as a potential human habitat. The introduction of a 4G network is hoped to be the first step to creating a communications infrastructure for future lunar missions.

The police are investigating the death of a woman, Binta Safiyanu, who died after consuming herbal concoction ingested to enhance production of breast milk.

Punch News reported that the deceased who was the wife of a Katsina state parliament member, Hon. Yunusa Jikamshi, had six children before passing away. She reportedly died a week after delivering twins.

The decision to have Safiyanu drink the condiments was motivated by co-wives it was gathered.

According to reports, the goal was to ensure that she is able to feed her new offspring with enough milk, unfortunately it cost an entire life.

The lawyer, Michael D. Cohen, told The New York Times on Tuesday that he had used his own funds to facilitate the payment to the actress, Stormy Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, adding that neither the Trump Organization nor the Trump campaign had reimbursed him for the payment.

He insisted that the payment was legal. The Wall Street Journal first reported last month that Cohen had arranged the payment soon before the 2016 election, as Clifford was considering speaking publicly about the purported affair.

In a brief interview Wednesday, Cohen declined to answer questions about whether Trump had reimbursed him, whether the two men had made any arrangement at the time of the payment, or whether he had made any payments to other women or accusers of the president.

Charles Wolfram, an emeritus professor of legal ethics at Cornell University, said the situation raised a host of potential issues.

“The thing seems so weird that it invites an inquiry into what you’re doing,” he said. “Lawyers don’t go around giving $130,000 to strangers, benefiting their clients, without billing their clients.”

Clifford believes that Cohen, in making his statement, breached a nondisclosure agreement she signed in connection with the payment, releasing her from the confidentiality commitment, according to Gina Rodriguez, her manager. Clifford, she said, is offering to sell her story to media outlets.

Cohen’s statement Tuesday acknowledging that he had sent the money to Clifford was linked to a deadline requiring him to respond to a complaint filed with the Federal Election Commission by Common Cause, a liberal-leaning watchdog group.

The group alleges that the payment amounted to an undisclosed, in-kind contribution to Trump’s presidential campaign that violated the individual contribution limit of $2,700.

Another set of potential issues raised by Cohen’s admission centers on legal ethics. As a New York lawyer, he is subject to rules of professional conduct in that state and could face disciplinary action — ranging from private admonishment to losing his license to practice law — if he violated them, although the still-uncertain details make it impossible to precisely identify which standards might app
