There are many ways to secure fully funded scholarships in usa

Most times they call it assistantships, this could be in form of teaching assistantship, research assistantships or administration assistantships. This assistantships comes with monthly or weekly stipends
They covers your tuition, health insurance, and sometimes provides accommodation and daily meal plans.

Regarding your situation, building your bank statement for three months can be a good approach to show a consistent financial history. However, i usually advise 4-6months. It's essential to ensure that the funds in your bank statement are legitimate and can be traced back to legal sources. Including documentation of your father's properties, such as the houses, can also help demonstrate additional financial support.

Using your land and car as funding options may be possible, but it's crucial to provide supporting documents that establish their value and ownership.

Using a friend's statement may raise questions about the authenticity and reliability of the funds. Family fund(Uncle/Aunty…etc) is way better than this.

I will advise you do Wes evaluation (compulsory) and try writing GRE if possible. There are schools accepting HND certificate in US, most times they call it degree equivalent.

The Board of Trustees of Illinois State University announced that Vice President for Academic Affairs and Provost Aondover Tarhule will assume the role of interim president, effective immediately. Dr. Tarhule’s appointment is effective through June 30, 2024.

Tarhule joined Illinois State University as vice president for Academic Affairs and provost in 2020. His immediate prior administrative appointment was vice provost and dean of the Graduate School at Binghamton University (State University of New York). Before that, he was executive associate dean and department chair in the College of Atmospheric and Geographic Sciences at the University of Oklahoma. In these positions, he worked on creating new academic programs, increasing student enrollment, increasing diversity, faculty retention, shared governance, and international partnerships and linkages.

Having earned master’s degrees and a doctoral degree in geography from McMaster University in Hamilton (Ontario, Canada), Tarhule received a post-doctoral fellowship from the Canadian Science Advisory Council to conduct research at Queens University in Kingston, Ontario. Tarhule earned an additional master’s degree in environmental resources planning and a bachelor’s degree in geography both from the University of Jos, Plateau State in Nigeria.
