Sodiq3: Surgery? No. My bro had this and was treated with Herbal medicine provided by local herbs seller. Some herbs were mixed for him, and was asked to boil it. The very hot water gotten from the herb was put in a small bucket and he was asked to be sitting on it. The smoke emitting goes directly to his anus. It painful but after let's say one week of doing that, the thing went back inside. He was also given a black peppering soap to rub the surface after sitting on the hot water. He again drank from the herb. Since then (Last 2years), he has not experience it again. Good morning Sir, please can we be able to get this instead of doing the surgery.... I mean the man's contact if possible. |

Akuchima: I have done the surgery. 2 years ago. Its a very painful surgery but its worth it at the long run. You should be fine after 3 weeks. I'd advice you go for the surgery and be free from hemorroid. Mine was 3rd degree. Good luck. Please I want to ask more about the surgery, First and foremost how's your health now and secondly I heard from some people that some men who undergoes surgery due suffer of LOW LIBIDO or he will not be able to perform in the other room..... Please how true is this? |

Deering1008: If your husband and your kids applied together with you on the application that gave you the ban, they will get refused any application to the uk until the ban is lifted. On the other hand, if they haven’t applied as your dependant on the supposed fake cos, they can apply to the uk without including your name in any of their application JESU, are you for real?, that mean they were also banned.... Yes we all applied together and biometric done the same day self..... And please sir ,how sure are you about this?.. |

fatima04: This is becoming really rampant now and in addition to what others have provided, i will advise applying for administrative review to Home office at least to raise the ban (if successful). Unless you were also aware it was a fake COS that you used.
They (home office) also need to create a system to verify COS reference numbers for future application.
Thank you to the people that are abusing the system and making it more difficult to genuine applicants by day. Thanks for your advice although I don't believe that someone will deliberately submit applications with false COS anyway we have put in Admistrave Review, hopefully it's successful but mean time I just want to be sure that it doesn't affect my dependants, husband and two kids. |

MrMagnetic: @GraceofGod100
Sorry about your predicament.
Please, get a lawyer or someone or yourself if you can to write a strong letter of petition and explain everything that happened with screenshots of your communications with the person that sent you fake COS.
Does your husband have Master's degree? If not, I suggest he applies to do Master's in Nigeria. It's just 2 years. When he's done, he can apply for PhD in the UK. He will likely get admission and visa. Then, he can go with the kids.
Then, you can travel to France or Portugal or Finland for study and work.
By the time the 10 years ban is over, you might have a good hold in any of these countries. Your husband might also get a job in the UK. You can then join them.
For meantime, they will be coming to your country of residence or Nigeria for vacation.
Just give UK a break and restrategize. Thanks so much and God bless you. |

Cashmadam: Your husband can try for UK student visa. The journey to ILR is long and the outcome is not certain. You are assuming ILR is certain. It is not. Your dependants are not banned - but your ban is likely to affect them. It appears you just want to leave Nigeria by all means possible. Calm down and think this through. Otherwise, you will end up wasting scarce resources and valuable time. Thanks so much, e dey pain me sha but it's what it's.... |

PeachtreeReside: Sis, maybe God is telling you something.
You have been banned for 10yrs and you think by your hubby going to do his Masters, your ban might be lifted? Unfortunately, it does not work that way.
Were you aware that there was a fraud being done on your behalf?? I wish you could write them within the 28days given to tell your part of the whole saga.
Either you look for another country or stay put in Nigeria which might be favourable for you and yours in the long run.
Your husband going of on his own without a possibility of you joining him for the next 8yrs is not good for you in particular.
A client of mine was banned in 2020 because an agent who used fake bank statements for him and i feel terrible on his behalf. Thanks so much, I understand clearly now ☺️😅 and yes we have put in Admistrave Review,we are just waiting for the outcome now of the review.... |

Deering1008: Look for a legitimate way to migrate to another country. Uk doesn’t joke with ban if the mistake is on the end of the applicant As the Main applicant I know for sure that I can't reapply again for the next 10 years but my husband and two kids is what I'm asking if the 10 years ban on my application affect my dependants or they were just refused visa not ban... Due five eyes agreement between the 5 countries we are now considering exploring Europe as an alternative. |

Glossylips: Yes, they share immigration information. I'm just curious if the main applicant ban won't be attached to refused dependants. Though I heard they treat all applications individually. Yes I Heard that they do treat all applications individually but I don't know much about their criteria and that's my concern as well if the main applicant ban will not affect their application internally...... |

Glossylips: I don't think the dependants are banned, it's just refusal. The note sent to them was refused but the applicant was refused and banned. I really want to know the chances of the dependants if he applied to UK. I believe if they are not banned it shouldn't affect their UK VISA application but I'm afraid because of Five-Eyes because they do share immigration database with UK, Australia, USA, Canada and New Zealand so that it will be difficult to get visa from any of the above country.... |

heroshark: If you are ban from the UK, you will struggle to get a visa to the US, Canada, New Zealand and Australia. As they are all part of the FIVE EYES and they share immigration data.
Your ban did not affect your dependents. Thanks so much,I read somewhere about the FIVE EYES but I don't want to complicate issue here ,I just want to be sure that my dependant wasn't affected by my ban..... |

giselle237: You need to lower your expectations with this UK matter. The worst has happened, look to other countries. You are speaking of visit visa, that’s a long stretch given the history of their refusal and the other parent- yourself. Please lower your expectations. It's all because UK is relatively easy to get than other countries such as Canada that do take ages and two of my sibling are there and establish compare to Canada that we have nobody..... |

Got banned for 5 years and my dependents was refused, I don't know the chances of my partner if applied to UK through study route. I intended to write an apology letter to ircc concerning the ban just to redeem my image and probably after some years I can apply to UK as well.

Cashmadam: Your husband can apply for student visa. You cannot join him as a dependant - neither can your children. Essentially, I don't see any advantage in him applying for student visa. I suggest you try another Country. Leave UK for now. The ban you got is going to cause a lot of issues..... Thanks so much ,We are considering exploring other countries such as Canada or Finland but to be on a safer side , Canada is not a joke when it comes to visa issuing, just imagine what UK that a bite easy that got me.... That's why I'm thinking if only my husband can travel for now and children going vac there until got his ILR.... crackcrack: If you read my comment and the first thing that jumped at you was that I am judgmental, then I'm afraid you are not ready for the journey you and your husband are planning to embark on. You have to put emotions aside and look at things critically. I already told you that whether it was intentional or not does not matter, and that is a fact.
Another fact is you have a 10-year ban. That's not going to change. What may change, though, is your husband's situation. I have given my opinion on how to go about it. Maybe others can chime in as well. I'm sorry I have edited my previous post , I have to reread again, and this time slowly I was only asking to know if this my ban really affect my husband/kids future applications.... Please I'm deeply sorry 😔😐 |
Travel › Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 5 by GraceofGod100: 11:28am On May 10, 2024 |
crackcrack: This is something that can only be confirmed by your husband applying. No one here can tell you matter-of-factly.
One thing to note is that while filling the application for any UK Visa, your husband will be asked if he has ever been denied a visa, and why. He will have to declare this refusal and explain that it was because his wife used a fake COS. This will most likely set off alarm bells in the head of any visa officer.
You have established yourself as a deceiver. Whether it was intentional or not does not matter. And your husband, by association, cannot escape that stigma. Even if he was not given a 10-year ban, any subsequent applications will be looked at with a fine-tooth comb. I reckon a visit visa will be the most difficult to get. A study or work visa, which is what you say he's thinking of, might be easier, but he will still be thoroughly screened. That is if he has not been given that 10-year ban, in which case the denial will be automatic.
If you guys are willing to take the financial (and emotional) risk of finding out if that ban is in effect, then you can apply. The way I see it, you don't exactly have much to lose, except adding another refusal to your record. Or another ban, if you choose to deceive again. Thanks so much for your input With due respect.... Btw you really think we be so stupid to deliberately use fake COS to apply or even upon reapplying... Yes there might be stigma attached to it and I know for sure that any future applications will be scrutinize and another way we can find out is by reapplying again... Again my husband was on refused based on SW 29.1(a)and(b) |

giselle237: They refused them, they did not extend the ban to them as per the refusal letter posted. If it is skilled work he tries to get, both parents would need to apply for the kids to be granted. As you would be remaining in Nigeria, the kids will not be granted except in case of death or paternal sole custody by the courts. I'm deeply grateful for your input, more knowledge to you... that's means either explore other countries or my husband will be only one to travel maybe kids will be coming to see their Dad during long vacation on tourist visa.... |

Yes we have done Admistrave Review but for the fact the COS was fake I doubt if the outcome of the Admistrave Review will be positive..... And yes I know I will not be able to apply again in the next 10 years because any future applications of mine will be refused but what about my kids and husband as the dependant will their future applications be refused as well?.... Bourne007: Pre Jan 2024 the main Student visa applicant planning on bringing child(ren) to the UK, both parents must also be coming. I don't know and can't confirm if it's still applicable. If it's still the rule, then your kids can't apply. Do you checks before proceeding.
As our aunty said, maybe it's worth exploring other countries. Yes we are also considering that option as well but we also want to be sure ban is only on me not my husband or kids BTW my kids can be going during long vacation on tourist visa but we just want to be sure that the 10years ban will not affect their future applications.
