With the money you are going to spend as a family on this trip, you can give your children a decent future if you use it wisely in Nigeria. I don't know how old and how many they are but children cost money to take care of in the UK and for a single parent, it is even harder. If he needs to work, who will take care of the children? But if the moeny is used properly in Nigeria, you can give them a very good education which is comparable to private schools in the UK, at a fraction of the cost and they can get very good outcomes in the future and be able to travel round the world with visa rather than having a British passport and be unable to travel round the world because they can't afford it. I will not talk about the marriage part asI have no details on your situation but think about it deeply.

Thanks so much, if we opt only him their father should go, Will the ban affect his application or he own was just NORMAL REFUSAL LETTER , maybe the kids will be coming to visit him or he coming once or twice a year just for him to get his ILR Btw we don't mind about the cost.... I just want to be sure that the 10years ban will not affect him as the then dependant ,if he's free to reapply for Msc,research program or even as a skill work .

Gosh, sorry to hear of your ban due to the fake paperwork.

In theory your ban shouldn't affect your dependants, the issue is your husband getting a route that will sponsor them. As you know the masters route doesn't allow dependants except for Research and PHD courses, the care route has also been restricted to dependants. Your husband could try the NHS or a skilled visa route outside of care, but how will you join them as you will likely be refused under suitability requirements..
It might be worth exploring another country if you plan to stay together as a family.

In as much we are considering exploring the other options and we will like to stay together but I don't mind staying in Nigeria for that 10 years, so far my kids and husband is doing well... It's all about our kids future....
We just want to sure the 10 years ban on my main applicant will not affect the dependants...

Good morning my oga's at the top , please my family applied for skills health work visa unfortunately the COS given to us was fake because i got 10 years banned for summiting fake certificate of sponsorship COS while my dependants husband,kids got refusal letters with present condition of Nigeria we can't just stay one place for the sake of our kids so we have decided that my husband go for MSc or even through skills work if he can get valid COS, my question is will my banned as the main applicant affect my "dependants" ,husband and kids future applications if they decide to reapply.
below is my banned letter and my dependant husband refusal letter..
Please will my dependants also get the 10 years or it's just A NORMAL REFUSAL they get?... should my husband go ahead with MSc or get a valid COS to reapply please for the sake of our kids....

@strata1716… if I understand you correctly what visa are you on? If you are on a skilled work visa, then as soon as you leave your current job no matter the length of the BRP, your visa expires when you leave the current employer.
So what is the November next year you speak of date? A fixed term contract just means it would have a fixed duration and has nothing to do with sponsorship. If you would require sponsorship in terms of COS then speak to the employer . Just ask them directly

With regards to your number 4 response, i have a degree in Medical Laboratory Science and i want to register for UK practicing license so i will be able to work there as a medical scientist or something similar.
If i can combine this with the sponsorship job i am entering UK with, will it be sufficient?

I don't want to leave my kids. I have custody of them and their dad doesn't mind me taking them abroad with me (of course i will get a consent letter from him).

Regarding question 1, i think part time masters will be the best instead of online.

Although i currently have admission into Kingston University, London, full-time but i want to let it go because of cost of living in London and reapply into another school later for part time studies.
