Pls guru in the house assist l recently lost my dad and the burial is May 4 am supposed to resume April 1 is the any way I can apply for deferment to start in the next intake section of June with out have to apply wa fresh visa. Then long can you stay back in Nigeria before resumption if the section starts by April 1.

Have you exhausted the maximum number of documents that can be attached?... If not, I don't think you should have any issue.

Also, did you declare the refusal or they found out themselves?
I applied October..no news at all....I don lose hope

l declared it from the onset I have not exceeded the number of documents, I think something is wrong with their site or am not doing something right. The agent am using has not been able to press the confirm button too

I applied on the 14 of nov and got a justice email to provide details about my USA refusal on dec 21 I sent an email back but they replied on January 4 to upload to my visa application portal but I have upload several times now but am unable to click the part where it states I confirm I have provided information as requested and without doing that they won’t know I have provided it. Please gurus in the house help me out.

My agent say I can’t sponsor myself that I must be sponsor my husband has about 10milion is his account and I have about 5 million can’t I use my account to support his and he will be my sponsor.

Good evening please am new to this forum , please I need your urgent advice can I use a personal business saving account as my sponsor, the agent is insisting I have 16 million in the account for my sponsor. Must I have up to that amount

Good day house please I need your honest opinion I and my partner an American citizen has been together for 8 years now we have three children and I have already gotten their America passports at birth here in Nigeria.my partner travel back to the states once in a while he still trying to settle his divorce case with his Ex which has drag on for so long.we both have good jobs here in Nigeria we have traveled to other countries except the states.I am considering applying to take our kids there for vacation so that we can all at least visit the states for the first time.please what are my chances of getting a visa for myself, I have not done it all this while because I don’t want to come across like and trying to abscond from here with my kids.what are my chances for a visa and how do I go about it.
please before your start judging he was born in the US his parents and family are there he did not get his citizenship by marriage,we are not planning to relocate to the states for now am only asking how to go about getting a visiting visa.
