I haven't noticed that.

However, there's a proximity sensor issue and it's very bad. You make calls and then screen goes blank. The screen doesn't come up until the call is picked and ended.

Imagine you dialed a wrong number and want to abort midway.

Besides that, it's a great phone that I am enjoying.


Battery gets me through each day as an average user.

I can boot to fastboot, it's just that it's taking time to show the "success" signal after clicking flash. Waited for more than an 1hour.

Click reset to default values rapidly and it should appear

Bro you sef go try o. If you have a phone that can't call or receive calls because nobody can hear you. If all your videos and games have no sound, if you can't watch Whatsapp statuses and Twitter videos because they won't play, you can't even send voice notes or play voice notes sent to you. You can't make video and voice calls with loved ones. You can't play music at all through speaker, headset or any Bluetooth devices.

I have flashed like 4 ROMs. The phone has stopped restarting but now, no audio whatsoever. I can't call or receive calls, no audio videos and Microphone is not working.
I just tire at this point. I have checked XDA and a few other people have the same issue with their phone. No fix yet

My redmi note 7 is stucked on the miui logo.
Here is what happened, my phone have been hanging since i updated to miui 12 and in each occurrences of such freezing, have been able to resolve it by wiping my data. So it hanged again yesterday's evening, and i wiped the phone hoping it'll resolve the issue but it didn't. My phone has been hanging on the Miui Logo since yesterday.
I tried wiping the data countless time yet after rebooting it's still hanged on the Miui Logo.
