F3 GT is Indian only. No talks of Global release

I thought it's global version.

Good evening! My Xiaomi redmi note 8 pro is having issues. O basically woke up and just noticed that the volume down button is constantly pressing on its own everytime. I decided to switch off my phone and when I switched it on back I noticed it was on safe mode probably due to the volume down button pressing. Then I got it out of safe mode but then I noticed all my contacts are gone and I couldn't even restore it from my Gmail account. I seriously don't know what's wrong to this phone, it didn't fall neither did it enter water. I just woke up and it started misbehaving. I'm tired.

Have you heard of Global Chipset shortages? It is affecting production of phones so a phone you are hoping for the price to drop will either become scarce and price increased after a while or will go out of production quick.

Even Samsung ARE is now scarce and the price have been hiked up to as high as 170k in some places.

The problem is, if I want to add new contact or edit existing contact, after I click the tick button to save it, instead of being saved the screen become almost unresponsive/freeze. Only a few functions still work. I can still scroll the screen, but I can't write in the boxes anymore, the tick button is unresponsive. So the only option left is to just exit the screen and nothing is saved.

Clear cache of dailer and also update if there is any pending update.

You should also force restart your phone
