I am currently looking for a place to work during my service year. I am serving in lagos. I am also an accounting graduate. Which company will provide me with experience and most important retain me after. I am particularly interested in Oando, Sahara group, cbn and maybe some fmcgs. I would appreciate if you guys give me info on these companies. Which do you think i have a higher chance of getting retained with a good salary.

So i am interested in working for a private company as an accountant eg chevron, mobil, shell but alot of people say it is better to start out in a public accounting firm like kpmg, deloitte. What do you guys think?
