I have a little dilemma involving this issue of transportation. I need something to take me around, but I don't think I can afford to buy and maintain a car, neither do I feel comfortable with the public transport system.

This affects my business a lot (I can hardly move around) so I wonder if there's a solution between the two extremes. Something less expensive than buying my car and more convenient and flexible than taxis/buses.

It's a shame. I'm searching for a car to buy but the entire thing just kills whatever morale I have.
There's nothing wrong with selling an accidented car but full disclosure is absolutely necessary.

Importing cars is an expensive endeavor, yes.
People probably won't have the budget for clean titles, yes.
But that doesn't give the sellers the right to withhold necessary information and pass the car off as a "clean, baked" whatever.
