Hey guyz let me help u out.you know mtn has a large number of users who need to be attended to so to pass through the opstacle of having to wait 4 long to be attended,all u need is to change ur language to your dialet or u can chose pigin or french,it doesn't matter if u really understand the language once they answer you reply them in english.i use this and it works for me,they don't even waste time in answering.
