I dont consider myself good in Geo but i am good in Brandable. I am a novice when it comes to numeric or emoji domain. Trust me there are loads of other categories of domains.

First Port of call for me is to submit names to SH as unregistered with the option for SH to do the registration. if the name gets rejected, I submit it to BB if its a BB kind of name.

If BB accepts it, I either register it or sell it off on BB slack channel.

This saves me money spent on renewal with reduced profit(I am ok with this).

So always have a plan & stick to it.

If i discover a name has lots of potential end users, I register & I dont list on SH or BB, I might submit it to see how much price they will set on it. My plan will be to outbound to those endusers

You don't have to wait for the 60days lock to elapse before submitting to any of the platform. Just register and submit. If e no meet standard, them go use am stone you

Yeah it does, but no free submission there you need to submit each name with $1(1 BB credit) and then you wait for approximately 35 days for approval unlike Squadhelp where approval is within a couple of days. And if you're unlucky names will get registered before the 35 days is complete.
Although if you start with a New BB Account and attach your PayPal account to the BB account, you get Free $10 BB credit for starter to submit just 10 names.
I recommend you submit already registered names than unregistered ones because of the long wait and to avoid anxiety, depression or regret when the unregistered name gets registered after successfully wait and approval period.

It depends on a number of variables i.e. type of domain, industry, time to research and write content, etc.

First, the domain name. If it is a premium domain name, I can create a blog with lots of content because I will be looking at top dollars for the sale. But if it is a geographical domain name that is good enough to build out, just one epic blog article with "domain and/or website for sale" page.

Timing mainly depends on inbound offers I receive but I'm never in a hurry because the site's revenue pays for the bills for domain renewal and more. Sometimes, I receive inbound offer less than 7 days because they have seen a website on the domain and at the same time the domain is listed and up for sale at various marketplaces.

Login to your dashboard and cancel auto renew.. infact remove your credit card
If you used Paypal, log in to your PayPal dashboard, settings, automatic payments, cancel all ur active netsol automatic payments.

He made an offer, it's as though it is the price he is ready to "risk" even if u were a "scam".
If u agreed and he paid, and got his domain, he now know u are legit, and it's also a win for u

Since names still under 60days lock can be sold at afternic, nothing stops you from listing your "123-reg" domain names at afternic. 123-reg is part of afternic's standard network.

If it sells, you can let them (afternic transfer specialists) know you prefer a push as its still under the 60 day lock. They in turn should/will contact the buyer if they are willing to take up the name at 123-reg. If buyer agrees, deal goes through. If buyer declines, sale fails.
Although, I do think they (afternic) won't bother to go through all these hassle for a '$200' sale which we see reported here everytime.

3. From what I know, They have no market place, so u can't put price tag

The real frustration with 123 comes when u sale domain less than 60days

Advice, allow Domain to reach 60days b4 outbound if u choose to use them in oda to maximize profit

Its simple. Its called domain transfer. All you need is Auth code from the former registrar and give the code to the new registrar you intend to start using.

Yes it can still be rejected. Chances of selling on basic plus is slim unless the name is very good
