Truth is while conte was doing all the abracadabra last season to win us games I still didn't regard higher than any of pochettino and allegri talk more of pep guardiola who i already know was a class above the the italian cos his victories and triumph came to me as a cosmetic victory especially the one at ethihad but most chelsea fans never saw our flaws in conte cos they were myopic.
I would rather have pochettino or allegri dominating games year after year and eventually win the league after some time than have conte winning thr league with fluke and turn my team to eyesore of their former self.
i don't have strength to start typing in vain. The truth is, you fit the profile of the up barka fans. The type of manager you want can only be found in mars.

Those poch and other managers you are mentioning can not win spoon with this chelsea team if they can't do it with their current team.

Who is pochettino self? Someone that can't even collect ordinary league cup. Person wey dey there Leicester snatch the league under his nose. Abegi make person hear word.

rudiger certainly does not lack pace. i agree he is sometimes prone to a brain freeze, but i believe that conte's tactics exposes the outside cbs a bit too much for my liking

Rudiger is still a very decent cb and he is far better than zouma imo
rudiger wey dey run like say dem tie trailer tyre for em waist.

Zouma has improved a lot. Especially with his ball control and passing, coupled with the fact that he is a no nonsense guy.
For me, playing rudiger there na for managing. My mind no go too relax like if Zouma play there.

Another thing there is their inexperience that can be showing against top teams.

Rudiger and Chris are a very good centreback pairing for more
to be honest, I am afraid for rudiger. He sometimes kick the ball as if it is a stone. He lacks pace and can be slow in decision making. He is also shaky when under pressure. I just see a cahill in him. He needs more time to improve.

That being said, it will leave with inexperience CBs. Mind you, Christensen is still learning and may be giving some shaky performances once in a while due to his inexperience.

The reasons why massimiliano Allegri would have been a better option for chelsea than conte right from time

He is more tactically flexible. When Conte left Juventus, Allegri came in used different tactics for different matches compared to Conte’s rigid three at the back system. This created an unpredictability about Juventus and they won the Serie A title with ease and also reached the Champions League final in 2015. The same thing happened last season.
His record in European football is better. He helped Juventus reach 2 Champions League finals in the space of 3 seasons. The one time they did not progress very far in the knockout stages, they were extremely unlucky to be beaten by Bayern Munich.
He has the ability to get the best out of players who are less talented. Most fringe players at Juventus have been performing better when Allegri has been there at Juventus. Also his Serie A title with Milan in the 2010–11 is also one of the cases where he showed that he can do it, although he had Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Thiago Silva to help him in that season, the squad was an aging squad and at the end of a cycle. After Allegri got sacked in the 2013–14 season, it has been clear that the reason Milan were not doing well was not because he was a bad manager, but it was because Milan were penny pinching. Also he proved himself at Cagliari which is a smaller club than Milan.
He focuses on keeping his teams really steady. Basically every season he makes small improvements to his teams rather than drastic changes and he freshens things up. He is good at finding replacements for players that were sold, eg. Dybala and Higuain for Tevez, Pjanic and Khedira for Pirlo, Pogba and Vidal. He does not have a set transfer policy, he focuses on getting players who can help in improving the team instantly.
He has a track record of staying at a club for a reasonable amount of time. For example, at Milan he was there for nearly 4 years and he is at Juventus since the start of the 2014–15 season.
This is why I think he would be a great fit for Chelsea.
yes. After one or two seasons of using magic to get the league, you will start cursing him like you are doing to conte now. You go begin tell us how juventus dey curse am for his inability to get even one of the 2 ucl finals he played. All of us go dey here.

For me, I would like conte to be sacked just for the fact he continues to field bakayoko and maybe for the players to get a new motivation from the new manager that will help us win the UCL.

U people can blame who u want. But i'm really shocked no one is pointing fingers at Courtois.

I dont even understand anymore how anyone rates that guy with the best GKs in the world.
De Gea at his worst especially when his head was entertaining a move to Madrid constantly kept United alive. Countless 1-1 draws and modest 1-0 wins that could ve become embarrassing 4-1 defeats if not for DDG constantly pulling world class saves out of thin air.

Dont know about u guys sha but poor defending aside, Courtois could ve saved at most two of those last 3 goals. Especially the last one. But baba just stretch hand like say e no concern am. And what the fûck was that dive for the penalty?? SMH!

Courtois na average keeper at best who can mostly make saves from balls he can see coming from a mile away(e.g that save vs Sunderland last season). Play shot for him or place him from 6-18 yards out and he go dey pack goals go house every matchday.
And the only time he'll ever look good is in a team with a good defence(e.g his last season at Atletico, the season he won league with Mourinho and last season). Put him in a team with poor to average defence(like Chelsea this season or in the season y'all finished 10th) and watch him fumble all over the place.
Courtois has never had an exceptional season at Chelsea. That guy has the potential to become a great keeper, but his problem are,, laziness, i don't care attitude, pride and rudeness.
I have never liked that guy. He has never won my heart.

forget bakayoko for now. With Bakayoko off the pitch, we were 1-1, with only 8 minutes to play. Bakayoko fücked up, but he is not directly responsible for our loss.

lf we forensically analyse that Janmaat goal, plague of locusts should smite at least 5 players.

Kante shocked me there. As in completely shocked me.

Cahill and Luiz now contributed with their collective brain freeze to further destroy the match.

in all honesty, i would apportion the blame for the loss in this order.

Luiz
Cahill
Kante
Bakayoko

Luiz was diabolical last night. Cahill too. The two of them are the most devastating tag team since principalities and powers...
but you want us to return to a back 4. Is it Luiz and cahill that you plan to use az the cb?

Zouma and Christensen are the only hope for those positions. That can only happen next season.

Chelsea depth was great last season. Lack of European involvement made their players rest much more than other rivals and they were fresher

While rivals were travelling all over Europe, Chelsea were sitting down at home recovering for 7days
mind you, the argument is about whether a lack of European football can make a useless player good. So, did lack of European football make Luiz that you call a useless player good enough to help Chelsea win the league?

Now, how many players did Chelsea register in the league by the beginning of last season compared to the top six teams? Even this season.

fourfourfour:
Chelsea have the players to play a 4-4-2, 4-3-3 or 4-2-3-1.

Azpicuelta, Christensen, Cahill, Alonso; Willian, Bakayoko, Kante, Pedro; Hazard, Morata

Zappacosta RB, Luiz RCB, Rudiger LCB, Emerson LB; Moses RM/LM, Drinkwater CM, Fabregas and Barkley CM/AM/SS; Giroud CF
or

Bakayoko, Kante, Fabregas; Willian, Morata, Hazard

or

Bakayoko, Kante; Willian, Fabregas, Hazard; Morata
so, for your mind alonso can play left back. You don't know what this three at the back is covering for us. You no know say good number of our players na average and are doing well because we are playing much as a team. With the 4 at the back, our players will be isolated one vs one.

Bernardo Silva and Kevin De Bruyne have called on referees to "punish" players who are guilty of poor challenges and has indicated that officials have not been doing that this season.
The Premier League leaders have been on the receiving end of a number of aggressive challenges in recent weeks and saw influential forward Leroy Sane ruled out for up to six weeks with ankle ligament damage sustained in City's FA Cup fourth-round victory against Cardiff.
Silva saw team-mates De Bruyne and Brahim Diaz fortunate to avoid injuries from reckless tackles by James McClean and Matt Phillips, who received a yellow card, during City's 3-0 league win over West Brom on Wednesday.
Matt Phillips' was booked for a late challenge on Brahim Diaz
"Obviously. It's clear over the last few months - we've seen with Leroy," Silva said, when asked whether Guardiola's side were being targeted.
"It was a terrible accident and now he's injured for two months - a very important player. (On Wednesday) it could have been Brahim and it could have been Kevin on the second goal.
Pep Guardiola hailed his side's performance in their win over West Brom as outstanding.
"I think, as the coach says, the referees have to do their job and if it's a red card they have to give the red card. They are not doing that over the last few months.
"We hope that soon they start protecting our players because the way other teams are tackling our players it's not part of the game, it's not fair play and they have to try to punish the players that play this way."
Kevin De Bruyne questioned James McClean's tackle on him during Manchester City's game against West Brom
When asked about the tackle McClean made on him, De Bruyne said: "Let's just say the ball was not in the neighbourhood.
"The referee told me he didn't touch me good enough to get the red card but obviously I told him 'I saw the guy, I was jumping'."
Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola says he did not expect referees in England to to be as lenient as they have been.
De Bruyne also questioned the referees as well as his opponents, adding: "Sometimes it gets frustrating for us. A lot of teams are making a lot of fouls against us.
"We make a foul, we get a yellow card. I don't know how it's possible sometimes.
"I don't know what they are thinking - you can also pull a shirt, that's more effective than a tackle."

Guardiola, who has admitted he has been
surprised by the leniency shown by referees since his arrival into English football , said his side had been "lucky" to avoid further injury absences ahead of their packed run-in as the club fight on four fronts but his own side were involved in some questionable incidents of their own in the fixture against the Baggies.
David Silva was forced off injured after he made a late challenge on Claudio Yacob while Fernandinho stood on Grzegorz Krychowiak but the incident was deemed as accidental by referee Robert Madley.

Pep Guardiola has abandoned his principle of bringing through young players to succeed at Manchester City, according to Burnley boss Sean Dyche.
The Spaniard has spent nearly £450m in his four transfer windows at City and has not started an academy player in the Premier League this season.
Dyche, whose Burnley host the Premier League leaders on Saturday, live on Sky Sports , feels Guardiola is no longer a champion of youth with the make-up of his potential title-winning side different to the ones in years gone by.
He said: "I think they're a fine side, without a shadow of a doubt.
Aymeric Laporte, who cost £57m, is one of 22 players brought in by Guardiola at City
"I think it's a different thing now - you collect the top players in, if not the world, then Europe, mould them into a team.
"I think that's a different thing to some of the Man United teams of the past under Sir Alex which were moulded out of partly very good signings and partly players who have come through the system.
"It's a different kind of thought now. I think the demands of the Premier League are getting much, much higher.

"I remember Pep himself when he was at Barcelona talking about why buy players when you can play young players, but even he now at Man City they're buying players, there are not many young players coming through the academy that they're playing.
"They're buying players fit for task, or virtually fit for task - that's the demands of the Premier League."
Manchester City go to Turf Moor 15 points ahead of Manchester United at the top of the Premier League with only 13 games left.
Guardiola looks likely to win his first trophy at City this season
United boss Jose Mourinho has conceded the title is City's and Dyche agrees with the Portuguese's thinking.
Asked whether the title race is over, he said: "I think it more or less is. I'd be very surprised if that is retrievable or for them to give up that lead, whichever way you look at it. I'd be very, very surprised."
