Afflictions and pleasures.
afflictions or trials are not to weigh us down
nor wear us out.

Afflictions, trials or setbacks are our stepping stones for greatness.
that is why i do tell people that:
A setback is nothing but a setup for a great come back.
Look, though your failures may be planned by hell,
but your recovery is far more organized by heaven.

Just recognize that adversity has advantages it will help you decide what you reallt believe.
it is not what men say about you that matters in life - it is what you believe about yourself.

But you've got to get patience.
For it is the weapon that forces deception to reveal itself.
