I can assure you that VDM was arrested with a valid warrant of arrest. Anybody can be arrested if you are suspected to have committed a crime. Police, efcc and other law enforcement agency can't arrest everyone, so the fact that other were not arrested was never an excuse in law, that is rule of law. Agreed that everyone is equal before the law, but even in the advance democracy like the USA, we know that's not always the case.
My point is that anywhere in the world, when you called out a law enforcement agency like VDM did, you can be sure you will soon run into troubles.

EFCC claimed VDM was arrested as a result of petitions from various people whose names can't be disclosed? So, he doesn't have a right to go to court and lay bare his facts and all that.
