aariwa:You forget so easily right? That this man's coffin was paraded as a President then and called so many unprintable names. Another civil war could have resulted. Buhari once threatened that even monkeys would be soaked in blood and all that if... before becoming the about useless Preseident that he became. Many Nigerians wanted another person, needed to test the waters. Jonathan wasn't the best of Presidents but I think he is many miles ahead of this Grand Commander Balablu. The problem wasn't Jonathan, he has earned a name for himself. The problem is Nigerians who are so divided and don't really know what they want. |
Racoon:Guess it is easier to grab power and run with it by connivance with touts and INEC, than to be able to turn a nation's rudder to a safe harbor. We said it, many vilified and threw tantrums. Being a particular tribe isn't why I would vote for my tribesman. Now, the coast is clear, and everyone has seen that Lagos Bobo is more of a fraud than a being a skilful manager. He is more apt in organising his cronies into places of choices than anything else. Anyway, this is not the end. Free fall of naira still to be expected. And I hate to be pessimistic |
Your own fight has much translated to much sir, and that of many. Many have lost their lives, their memories long erased in the clime where human life and chicken essence hardly have differences. People are responsible for their lives. What most of the parents of those japa'ing couldn't give them, they want to be able to give their own children. |
Sermwell:Fear of coup d'etat If they do what's right, why would they be afraid of being toppled |
Emilocorn! |
Ah-ah! |
gidgiddy:You are nice calling him sycophant. He is worse off. No scruples, no dogmas. Perfect description of the slogan "anywhere belle face" |
Philistine:Is it his fault entirely? Look at the comments here, you would see those who are hungry as a result of BAT bad administration, still praising him. We don't have leadership standards, and anyone corrupt enough with enough bags of stolen funds to show for it, to give bags of rice and vegetable oil seasonally would always use gullible, unenlightened folks as pawns. Have you heard the saying that a people, most of the time, often deserve the kind of leaders they get? |
FxMasterz:Many ignoramuses live and dwell here on the platform. Don't mind them. Relationship of more than 40 years. One is a spiritual father, the other is a spiritual son. Is it age that determines who a spiritual father or son is? By physical age, wasn't the likes of Peter older than Jesus?? |
Happy birthday Sir... Thank you for saying "Yes" to the Lord! |
hisexcellency34:That's the way it should be, but Nigerians aren't really ready. They prefer crumbs, bag of rice and inducements during election. Too highly divided |
You all making the country unliveable are insane! Blame game never stops! Who are NNPCL but the untouchable ones who want to run the country aground except everything goes their ways? Then the most incompetent one sitting in Ask Rock, Minister of Petroleum, making Buhari look like a great leader because of his own grand inanity. May God help those still in that land! |
Oilwell:Far more than 20 years actually: Local government chairman (of one of the richest local government in Nigeria) 2 terms as a Chief of Staff 2 terms as a Governor 2 terms as a Minister (2nd one running)... I am sure he still has future agenda if allowed |
EmekaBlue:Tinubu is the President Tinubu doubles as the minister of petroleum. You have forgotten? |
Okay. |
Delusion in person |
Eagleways:Kid, go and meet your mates. If you can't engage sensibly, never you quote me. Possibly you would need to pray to get to where I am privileged to be. It is not everyone like your lots borrowing data to post rubbish online. |
Can you guys move to some more important things? |
lexy2014:You are correct, yet my point is, giving the Nigeria of today, an unknown face can't rise today to win Presidency in 2027. Nigeria is too polarized along tribalism, religion and decentralized opinions. Even the number of youths under 40 which are above 100 million, a number meant to be an advantage, can't bring out an hitherto unknown person among them to win the presidency in about 2 years time. Divide and rule has dealt so much blows to the fabrics of the country. No national values, mostly online bants and activism |
lexy2014:Exactly, as if new faces have ever won major seat of power in Nigeria, like Presidency |
Whatever they come out to deny is assuredly true. Running a country like a cesspit |
Indeed... |
This thing will get to a conclusion soon. Misrule in the name of governing, and never welcoming criticism of your bestial rule and maladministration, someday highest power will prove to you that you are indeed a mortal |
He wants to be Nigeria Abraham Lincoln |
Babathanks:They can't because Amosun is of the ruling party. Let the situation be the other way round, only imagination can help to capture what APC would have done if APC were not the one in power. Anything and everything they accused PDP for, they have done worse and have added much more to it. Hypocrisy is among many problems bedeviling Nigeria. Something is a crime if it is the other party who does it, if it is our own party, we look the other way. |
Wait... |
engrtao:You gerrit |
Some are with daggers already to attack the man instead of the message |
Sonnobax15:Yeah... Group thing again when it comes to artistes, somehow they hardly last for too long.. Westlife, destiny child, plantation boys, styl plus, Remedies, even infinity group (the olorioko - by these Christian guys), being solo may be harder to break even, but it seems to also last longer than group thingy |
Really a bag of jailterm |
Not this indomie generation though |
You didn't tell us how much you actually collect though Senate is an assembly of accomplished professionals indeed. It is why you guys get there for once and would never want to go back again. If most of you had a fulfilling, professional lives as you claim, you wouldn't make National Assembly your forever abode, retirement plan and be ready to kill to remain there. |
