GraphicsPlus: @Greenmouse, I dont know what u mean by reconciliation appeal. I was never quarreling with u. It's just that u want me to be stroking ur ego each time u want a review. pls dont expect that from me. I post work here for review, i accept any review no matter how it was worded. I posted one website in one foreign forum. come and see some heavy negative criticisms and some positive ones. Did i tell the guy that gave negative criticism that he's been jealous of me? Did i quarrel with him? Nope. I even learned something from his criticisms. You never said a single positive thing about any of my website job but Only give total negatives to all my projects. You always criticize instead of highlight reviews. Read all your post and confirm what i just told you. I have ignored any of your reviews bc as far as am concern, its just a mere critics. Learn how to review websites from @yewatide and others. |
GraphicsPlus: Yes. I visited their website: http://www.nggovernorsforum.org/, and found out that Amaechi's contents are still there, showing that his camp still have access to the website cpanel. Now, I don't care about the rift in the Forum. I just want to show you opportunity. I want somebody to quickly register nggovernorsforum.ng, ngf.ng, ngf.org, nigeriagovernorsforum.org. Then design a website with pictures of Jonah Jang as the Chairman and other pictures where he's giving his acceptance speech and stuff like that. Then go to their new office at Abuja and give the link of the website to the sole administrator. Drop your contact info. They will call you. This is an expo. Do it, and see what will happen. Then thank me later.Guy you need this business yourself to break into the industry, lolz. |
GraphicsPlus: @Greenmouse, thank u for ur courage. But pls try to get this. The website is NOT a church website. It's an IT firm that offers IT services to churches only.I hope this is not a reconciliation appeal. You sound cool now after guys don bombard you wella, learn from other webmasters on this board, they are cool headed. I wish you the best of luck and as you are very much new with 0 client, make sure you keep quiet and keep learning. Good nite #advice |
I think your code could be more semantic: 1) No need for NAV tag, then a DIV with class "tag". The UL can handle anything you want it to do by itself, without needing to be enclosed in a DIV. 2) FOOTER tag is fine but no need for a DIV of class "footer". Sure, you can have DIVs in FOOTER tag but the name of your class isn't semantic 3) HEADER makes more sense above NAV, not the other way around 4) Some of your class names in general could be named better - what's h1, h2, top, noMargin? You are probably going to say, "who cares? the user will not view source, google doesn't care, this is just a first pass, it works, etc etc". These excuses (and perhaps the one you will give, assuming my list isn't on your radar screen) are still no excuse for not writing good code.
@yewatide and @activeman, pls you guys should stop reviewing the website bc its not his original work. bc I told him the truth of not having nay portfolio, he quickly put up this template and forgot to edit the ICT website to church website. Am happy this thread is teaching him more lesson now. For more info on how church website looks, visit this demo I did for my client long time ago: http://www.divinegraceministriesng.org/. Why change your content to lorem ipsum, it was IT content in the morning. This Guy @graphicplus is Templated himself. LOL LOL LOL.... |
Nice products |
The name is confusing. Is this a church website or ICT website.? Or who used ICT web template and yet to edit it to church website.? |
Use this my website as a sample www.havilahroyalschools.com |
Q.E.D |
GraphicsPlus: Is making money ur problem? Webmasters are after building beatiful stuff that satisfy happy clients. So you run charity, thats why you don't have any portfolio list on your templated website |
GraphicsPlus: I dont get you sir. 'already template empowered website'Load your portfolio lets know who uses templates lolz. My problem is just that am too busy for your post replies. Am not a freelancer like you, am a registered a corporate company. You talk of responsive website and think you know all. Ok, do you know you are no where to be found on google. Think responsive, think SEO. You don't know anything and you are not better than me sincerely. stop your envy, be real. Good news : I got another contract am working on now, look the attached pics, hope it looks cool. keep talking, let me keep executing projects, no time. Thanks active man ,@miracle4, it will get better everyday. @yewatide thanks to you.

www.greenmousetech.com is among the best web designers in Nigeria. |
GraphicsPlus: @GreenMouse, you keep opening thread: 'Fresh project part 1', 'Fresh project part 2', , 'Fresh project part 3', 'Fresh project part 4', etc. And yet none of the project is completed. Last time, you quickly showed us yesresource.com, and up till today, the project has not been completed. I think it's immaturity to throw one or two images, texts and colors together and rush to Nairaland to showcase it.@graphicplus, the same way you have not done anything on this http://www.ctrlshiftstudios.com/portfolio , since you showed us your ''already template empowered website'', Does it mean you have no job yet to post there ?, please allow me that have plenty job on my hands to execute and showcase it here. I have nothing against you, just keep your critics clean and straight to the point like @yewatide (we are not in any competition, the industry is very big believe me). I only post jobs to get feedback/comments from my fellow webmasters who are already familiar with my projects and not to be quarreled for my constant postings. I will work on making my websites responsive for now. No body is an island in web development industry, take my advice. Thanks alot. |
1) The green-ish background at the top isn't consistent across all pages. I would reduce it to maybe half of what is on the home page. 2) Get rid of the flashing in the "sponsors" section(s) 3) General: You might want to consider incorporating responsive web design into your projects. It is the way to go for the next 5 or so years at least. Your customers will thank you for it
Thanks alot, am always encouraged at your comments. Thanks alot. |

I have been working on redesigning of some top website as a free demo for some time now. Its bad how the world see Nigerian developers since some quack are out to ruin the professionals off their feet and making us appear so amateur in the eyes of the clients. Napolitano: Not bad. I like this site you're showcasing. But with all due respect, I'll rate your personal site a 50/100. You need to improve on it.Thanks alot, i will redesign it soon. |

GraphicsPlus: Babyism.Graphicplus, u are the reason why i dont want a review for now. Hold ur errors, it will be corrected. |
Baaaad guy ![]() I think the site is nice. Viewed it on mobile, not bad.
Thanks ALOT my guy. I will ensure the final result is worth it. I want all to know we are offering our best. |
1) http://www.yesresource.com/admin/ - why so many "buttons". Methinks the users are better served with 1 common login form and a dropdown of the very same options. Result? Page is not as long and users are happier as a result 2) http://www.yesresource.com/admin/ - why "admin" folder? This, IMHO, is red meat to would-be hackers. You could name it something else, though only you would know what it actually means. 3) On each sign in form, have a "not yet registered?" link beneath it. This will cut down on all those buttons, per #1 above 4) Why do I need to sign up to see the help pages?
I will personally notify you when am done. Thanks alot. |
