THEN AT THE APPOINTED DATE, THE INSPECTORS ARRIVE AND THEY WILL NOT SEE ANYTHING WRONG. THEN THEY MARK THE IRANIANS AND GOOD AND COMPLYING WITH THE TERMS OF THE DEAL. No sensible human being would attempt to catch a thief by telling them when they plan to inspect their property to ensure nobody is stealing at that time. It is gross foolishness to believe you catch a thief that way.
