The 1) might be hard to achieve as most ladies (that I personally know) look forward to having their own biological child(ren). So how do you reconcile your decision and your spouse wish?

The 2) is a bit risky : STD here and there and you might not be able to play 100% safe as most of these women can even deliberately pin pregnancy on you.
