Okay I get you. But can I extend its validity if I sub a day before the current one expires? For example, I have like 5GB and it is to expire tomorrow. Can I make it last for one more week by subscribing for the weekly plan today? So I'd have the previous 5GB + the 1GB I just subscribed for to use for a week?

I'm using a custom ROM and a QC3.0 (18W) charger, once the phone hits hits like 41°C it automatically stops charging. It's a built-in safety mechanism to stop the phone from overheating and maybe damaging the battery. But as long it stay below 40°C, it keeps charging fast.

My phone even hits 43°C to 45°C sometimes when I'm playing PUBG for like 4hours+ straight without the fan on or in a hot environment.

@the bolded, does that only work when on custom roms? 43°C/45°C shocked

Lmao. That's normal, especially if you're on 4G. I use the same device but I'm always connected to WiFi, phone stays at 35°C to 38°C depending on what I'm doing. Fast charging sends mine too to 40°C but thankfully, as soon it crosses there, it automatically stops.

About the sachet water thing, i do that too.

I'm always on 4G as you said but I don't understand what you meant with the bolded sentence.

Not the best I've seen but not that bad. I get 9hrs+ on average.

Really weird. It stays at 39°C on normal usage but it gets to over 40°C while charging (fast charge), so I sometimes put sachet water on top to cool it down.

My Redmi 5 plus gets hot on the slightest usage. This has been going on for a month or so. What could be the cause? Battery? An app? Would a reset fix this issue? @Gptech @Grandmufti
