Civil Rights Council in Port Harcourt has called for the prosecution of Franklin Orlukwere, a 40-year-old man who allegedly raped 13-years-old school girl in Ahoada East Local Government Area of Rivers state.

The schoolgirl who is a basic 3 Pupil of St. Peter’s Primary School Ahoada, was abducted on her way to school and defiled by the man on Monday, 3rd of June (See Earlier Thread >>> https://www.nairaland.com/5237676/40-year-old-man-adopts-rapes )

He allegedly held her hostage for hours and released her in a bloodied condition.

The monster rapist allegedly fled the community after the dastardly act.

However, the suspect was arrested By HRM Eze Felix Enene Otuwarikpo, the Eze Ukpata on Friday, June 14, 2019, and handed over to Divisional Police Officer, Ahoada town.

The Civil Rights Council said that the prosecution of Mr Franklin will serve as a deterrent to others who choose to instill fear and engage in the heinous crime of sexually molesting women especially under-aged girls.

A man identified as Chima Jonah has been gruesomely murdered by unknown gunmen in Rumuekini, Portharcourt, Rivers state.

It was reported that the unknown killers came to his compound around 11: pm, turned off his steaming power generator to lure him out.

They killed him after he came out to check up his gen and then ordered his wife to give them a kitchen knife which they used in cutting off his head, put it in a washing basin and again ordered her to carry it around his compound.

They came to his compound around 11 pm
They lured him out by turning off his generator set
After killing him, they asked his wife to give them her kitchen knife.
They cut off his head with the wive's kitchen knife and asked her to carry her husbands severed heard around the house in her own washing basin

They finally went with the head, leaving the torso for the traumatized woman and her kids.

They dumped the head at the gate of a secondary.
The gory site has left many school children traumatized till now.
