Let's work,

Step 1 - Enable Legacy SB Restore mode

a) Go to Options > Advanced Options > Service Book

b) hold ALT and press S B E B

c) you will see the message Legacy SB Restore Enable.


Step 2 - Download Service Book into your BlackBerry phone (see atached video)?

a) Open BDM

b) Select Backup and Restore

c) Select "Advanced"

d) Select "Service Book"

e) Open backup file (.ipd) containing SB to load into BlackBerry

f) Clique on ">>" button.
