Richy4: How I wish his nasty attitude was dictated when he was trying to borrow.. I guess the best behaviour is always portrayed or seen each time an individual comes to borrow something..
He even asked for more money but I already sensed he was dubious and didn't oblige him.. After then, everything became clear |

mariahAngel: The nasty man has no intention of paying. Op, did he borrow from you or you sold him something on credit? I ordered something from him which he refused to deliver and I asked for a refund, he paid part and was supposed to pay a balance of ₦20000 since October last year.. Whenever I remember, I ask him and it's always one story or another.. This man claims he own a school and has landed properties, so it's not like he can't afford to pay me the ₦20000.. He just doesn't want to pay and I wonder why.. Seems strange to me sha.. I commented on his Twitter page and he got really uncomfortable... Lol |

There's is this matured fellow owing me since October last year. From time to time, I do ask him for my money and he always responds rudely. Sometimes, I wonder how he feels after acting in such manner.
He doesn't even answer my calls, so I drop messages for him on whatsapp which he rarely responds to.
Below are some of his responses :

OlawaleBammie: OP i am sorry if i sound offensive but u should have asked ur parent what dey did with ur own before coming here Mine was buried. I was considering encapsulating it but I don't know if it's ideal. |
Family › What's The Ideal Way To Dispose of The Human Placenta? by Guest2008(op): 4:49pm On May 13, 2022 |
Some say it's better to flush it in the toilet while some others advised burying it. I've also heard of people drying it, making it into fine powder and then encapsulating it. The capsules will then be consumed daily till it's exhausted.
So please, I'd like to know what to do with my "after birth". Thank you.

Slimsaj: the best thing you can do for him is to tell and show him all the advantages and disadvantages, reactions and repercussions etc then he is left to choose. But from the way you sound you dont know anything about this so dont even try cause you will end up making it worse. You need the help of a well experienced addict who has gotten his shit together. Call 09063842424 to find one. Thanks.. I've called and I got a response already. I'll keep in touch and probably connect my younger bro with the person. |

Truvelisback: U should have said all these in the begining. In that case, there is nothing u can do except u keep presuring him to fix the room. The only way u can get him is when Town council/govt officials comes to see the poor state of the place and fine the occupants or when ur rent expires and he comes to take rent, na that time u go catch am. Chai! This is not encouraging at all, this landlord do me bad o. |

FuckDModz: The landlord is probably swimming in debt. He won't have your time.
Just chill.
The house is not running. I've got no choice than to hope and pray he'd return my money soon. I also heard he's broke at the moment. It's just that I've heard too many stories about landlords taking advantage of their supposed tenants. |

FuckDModz: If the apartment is still vacant, then you've not been duped.
Be patient.
Better still look for money and rent another place, when a new tenant pays for your old place, you will be refunded. Exactly what the agent said.. But the landlord is always ignoring my calls |

Family › Re: We Caught My 16-Year-Old Brother Smoking In His Room by Guest2008(op): 8:26pm On Jan 09, 2022 |
Rhea: This is a very big issue, considering that smoking marijuana is the gateway to trying other harmful drugs like crystal meth.
First, you need to starve him of the funds to sustain his habits. Marijuana is not cheap. Drastically reduce his funds. If he wants to steal to make ends meet, then kick him out of the house.
If he does earn a living, then he is essentially an emancipated adult and can sustain his unhealthy habits. In which case, kick him out of the house.
Otherwise, speak to him in very plain and bold terms that he is on the path that leads to guaranteed destruction. If he will accompany you, take him on a trip to a psychiatric unit to see where he will end up in a few years if he does not give up the habit. Hmmmm... We can't possibly kick him out.. He's actually started stealing, just didn't want to add that... Just few weeks ago, he stole 5k from mum's bag and by the time we realized, it was 2k left. He was even caught before 10am.. |

Depending on your location, we can arrange to put him in a guard room for 3 days with minimal stress environment.
Lots of superiors family members underwent such treatment and to be honest it worked, especially for that age range your brother falls into. I actually thought of this. We reside somewhere around Oshodi. |

How were you duped? How much are we talking about? What are you currently doing to retrieve your money? I deposited 250k for a self con hoping to complete payment as soon as the apartment is ready.. Now the house is still the way it was when I paid for it, it's been 4 months already. I've been to the house several times, the landlord is never around. He doesn't even answer my calls anymore neither does he reply my messages. |

Viltron: Where is his father? This is when he needs his father in his life.
Fathers are the ones who can handle situations like this. You'd just be wasting time. Just one look at him from a father who knows his worth, he'd start making plans to quit
He's smoking Igbo in case you don't know what weed is Hmmmmm... Mumsy has refused to tell popsy because he's very strict.. He could possibly lock him up sef.. My dad is too strict and my mum is scared of what my dad would likely do to him.. He's a retired military man. I don't want to do the reporting myself because the last time I reported one of them in the house, there was trouble in the house for several weeks as mum couldn't bear dad's disciplinary actions.. |

Since he has started, I doubt if he'll ne stopping anytime soon. Some manage to resist the pressure to smoke but those who don't, usually grow up to be smokers. Haaaa! This is not encouraging at all o |

ParpahSeventy: Seems you are devastated yourself. Try to find out why he went into smoking in the first place, from there, you know where to go. So many teenagers these days are lost all in the name of civilization. I'm not happy myself because I've never seen my mum in so much tears.. She cried like a baby, it wasn't a good sight at all |
