Just that I am in charge of buying materials by myself. Because if allow Engineer to buy materials for u. He will not buy standard materials for u. Rather he will go for lower materials for u in the name to pocket remaining money.

So, I am only in charge of buying materials by myself.

Filling any building with laterite to get to the level you want cost alot.... depend the level ground of that location.

Clay soil is no no in building industry because it shrinks during dry season and that can cause movement in the foundation, but laterite (red mod) sticks together when compacted.

But wetin chopped my money wella is filling each room with clay soil....... to make the height of the room higher.

But if your own land location is level, u can't spend much, highest 8m is ok.
