Thanks for the input. I'll be sure to check out the link.

Aren't there business execs around here willing to share?

C'mon, I'm not asking you guys to divulge your trade secrets, or am I?

Would appreciate some more inputs from the gang.

Cheers!
Business / Hiring On Commission Basis -- Please Contribute by Gustv(m): 1:47am On Jul 29, 2009
Greetings N'landers,

I got a start-up company soon to launch in a few weeks. Our primary business involves distributing a unique product and service that would be immensely welcomed by the market since we seem to be the pioneer in the said vertical.

Being the pioneer means we got lots of work to do, hence, this thread.

We plan on working real hard on our marketing campaigns, so we're opting to hire freelance marketers who will be responsible for pushing the products to targeted sub-distributors.

I was wondering if anyone could share your 2 kobo worth on how to hire freelance marketers primarily on commission-only basis - maybe a few small benefits as well.

What are the terms and clauses we should look out for when hiring?

I'm thinking a situation where they sell an item or bring in a new account, then they earn a percentage off that.

All inputs will be appreciated.

Cheers!

I doubt the big hommie Storch still has those whips . He sold that Bugatti Veryon (parked at the cafe) a while back. Plus he millions deep in debt as well.

Hope he makes it through so he can start bringing us those heated CLUB BANGERS!! cheesy

Lean back, fellas!

P.S. D'banj's whip is pimping too, man. He can do better with the custom license plate (i.e looks cheap), hot whip though.

P.S.S. Oh yeah! How can I forget Mr. My President Is black, Mr. Snowman, Mr. 17.5, The talk of A-town -- Young Jeezy! cheesy

Seriously, dude has a fetish for Blue. Sweet lamb!

P.S.S.S. The ugliest whip goes to the trick with pink Bently. Makes that car less desirable looking at it angry

Bros Inspired,

How much will it cost to get me a used Kia Optima 2006 -2008 models? Kia Nigeria prices are insane!

I'm on a budget crunch and will appreciate any reasonable quote.

Optional features:

- Sun Roof

- Leather seats

- And maybe a V6 engine.

I'm not big on these options, but if the prices are right, I'll consider them.

Thanks!

Business / Advertising A New Startup Business In Nigeria - Advice Please! by Gustv(m): 2:00pm On Jun 28, 2009
I'm about embarking on a very promising and lucrative project which is Nigerian-centric, just having a bit of a hard time figuring out how to advertise and market it.

It's an online busines venture (internet marketing with a twist), I would like the advise of fellow N'landers with similar experience on how to get the word out to interested nigerians.

Google Adwords is on top of my list of online marketing strategies along with other online channels, however, the offline advertising part has me all confused.

Has anybody in here tried advertising offline (i.e Guardian, Waseet etc.) and seen a reasonable ROI (return on investment) for their offline Ad campaigns?

Right now for my offline campaigns, I got my eye on The Guardian, Waseet and Punch publications; would consider others as well.

So, please help a brother with some advice on how to launch a profitable ad campaign.

I'm also considering a partnership if anyone has an appetite for it.

Autos / 270k Nissan Sunny (2 Doors): Typical 'hustle Car'. by Gustv(m): 7:18pm On Jun 27, 2009
Hi Nairalanders,

After serving its master well for a few years, I'm willing to finally let go of my Nissan Sunny 1.6LTr (2 doors).

This isn't your usual effizy car, but if you're looking for something reliable to ride around town for every errands without bringing your 'owambe car" all the time, then this is a deal you should consider :d

I drive to ikeja and back every in this car with just 4litrs of fuel. Never given me a single problem. I intend getting something else, so I need to let this one go.

No single problem here, a few non-scratches that can only be seen if you look closely.

It's more of a sport car from the exterior.

Body works still intact.

Manual gear (5 speed)

CD player (Kenwood)

Clean cloth interior.

Reliable engine (1.6 Ltrs)

Black body paint job

New sets of tires with alloy rims (black rims).

Nigerian Used

Just buy, carry to your mechanic and start driving.

Invest your 200k+ well smiley

If you are interested, please send me an email to ruckfairy@yahoo.com

Price is 270k (negotiable, but don't insult me sha!)

Car is around Ikeja for show.  It's also in top shape to serve a new master.I can get some pictures on Monday if necessary.

Una fit even buy am for una wives or junior brothers dem cheesy

Thank you!
