superlightning: Dude, stop embarrassing yourself. You are angry with 2 ikwerre guys that disgraced you right?
But would you have been angry if they identify with you? Be sincere. You should stop attaching yourself with people who sees you as a friend in time of need and an enemy when they are in good position, they are not worth having as friends at all. |
Politics › Re: . by GuyWise(m): 2:20pm On Oct 08, 2018 |
superlightning: Well most researchers and social scientists are with me on this one.
Keep your opinion to your fellow Enugu kinsmen, no abia or IMO person will reject any ikwerre man who has identified himself as Igbo.
We are still healing as a people. Your hate won't stop the healing. Now, it is time you stop this your nonsense, I am from Abia State Isiala Ngwa to be precised if I tell you how I was disgraced in Abuja by two Ikwerre guys you will doubt me. |

pazienza: Ikwerre is either Igbo or its not. And as it stands, Ikwerre is not Igbo. There is nothing like culturally Igbo. You are either Igbo, or you are not, it's that simple. Stop your deceptions. It wouldn't work. We now have cultural Igbo and political Igbo, chai wonders shall never end. |

Looking at Wike, he's very ambitious, very soon he would seek to take our place in the national discussion and the Ikwerre mainstream would tone down on their Igbophobia, while the few Igbophilic ones amongst them would become more vociferous in their Igbo unity message, and we would be set to be used and dumped again. I am tired of these my brothers from SE who seemed not be ashamed of the fact that these smaller groups are using and dumping us whenever they deemed it fit to do so, Are we that common? |
Politics › Re: . by GuyWise(m): 10:13am On Oct 08, 2018 |
superlightning: Don't even start with that of ministers
How Igbo ministers and governors have done well for their people? That's why I see you keep blending culture with politics.
Ikwerrre can claim anything in the name of politics, but they know that they are culturally. They just want to be politically distinct, leave them to their fate. But don't allow them deceive you into balkanizing igboland. It is internationally known that igboland stretches from agbor to port Harcourt. Any other issue after that is simply geoPOLITICS. Politics? Is that a reason for a Gov who may claim in the future to culturally be Igbo, named a State project after the name of a man who killed over 3m of his people and destroyed the cities of his kinsmen... Was it also politics that made these same people to seize buildings and land that were not theirs after the war? Politics is not the problem, hatred is the problem and now we are out to give them double of that hatred. |

I am from Abia. Umuahia is my hometown. We in Abia have cultural affinity with upland rivers, especially obiookpor, ndoki and ASA. These are core Igbo communities in river state. Pls Google it up or more information.
Obiookpor is somewhat considered ikwerre too, They are militantly Igbo. What do you say to that? Some of The ikwerre that I know are proudly igbo. I will not be so quick to condemn all of them. You can keep attaching to them until they publicly disgrace you |

hammer6F: Nobody should come here and preach any phantom Igbo unity that depends on Ndiigbo being stupid.
That generation is making way for something very different.
All these Igbo deniers are not ready for this. We must double the hate for them, this nonsense of begging nonentities must stop. |
Politics › Re: . by GuyWise(m): 9:23am On Oct 08, 2018 |
pazienza: We did nothing to Igbos Of Delta. They are the ones who continued denying Ndiigbo, go to Onu Ika or Ukwuani facebook page and tell them they are Igbo and get the same Ikwerre treatment, albeit attenuated.
Infact, the only reason we are not preaching same message agains anioma as we are preaching about Ikwerres is because of the voices of reason from Oshimili and Aniocha.
Ikwerre rejecting Igbo tag is consequential. You water down the value of the Igbo tag, if you allow people to be Igbo today and non Igbo tomorrow. You can't have people of divided loyalty in your group and claim its inconsequential, are you even listening to yourself? Nope, we wouldn't leave them with their identity crisis, as it's affecting us all. A situation where a person whose people are not Igbos would come and start attaching to Ndiigbo in bid to take our share of the national cake, is not to be condoned. Gbam! you nailed it. |

[s] luvmijeje: I have read the last five or six pages of this thread and it confirms my issues with the Igbos. Hatred. Even if the PDP picked an Igbo for a vice-president, every other region will all afraid of you. Funnily enough when it comes to violence, the Northerners have prove to be more violent that you all. Una issue is your mouth and pride. Politics required foresight and the Igbos lack it. Forget the Vice-president because your hatred spare headed by Kanu is still recent in the heart of other Nigerians. Focus on the next four years when both parties will present a southern candidates if the PDP loses. In the mean time, reduce your hatred. Why am I doing all this? I have a friend who's father is Igbo and who's mother is Yoruba. He will be president in the next four years. But how can he be President when his kinsmen are playing kindergarten politics. Stop hating other tribes publicly.p poisoning your peoh hatred. [/s] Carry your nonsense go give fellow Afonjas. |

superlightning: IPOB is considering ALL of the old eastern region for REFERENDUM. it is the referendum that determines who is or who isn't.
You are misinterpreting IPOB. I know them too well. It will be a futile adventure, see by the time we start seeing Biafra as the 5 SE states and some parts of SS who may like to join the Republic the better for us, in the heat of the Biafra agitation in 2016, what did the minority in SS do? they started calling for Niger-delta Republic with so much hate against Igbos, Their facebook posts are there for you to see and verify. |

Another thing we are saying is that PH is not an Igbo city, the Ikwerre and Ijaw are the owner their Air-port is not ours so anybody siting a project for Igbos must site else-where in the SE not PH. We have Enugu a recognized Igbo city we are saying that Enugu Air-port should be upgraded with more infrastructure just like that of other regions. Any Igbo man buying land an building mansion in PH should be left alone when the consequence starts. |

Cjrane I didn't understand your point well but if your point is about the Ikwerre we are discussing then you are wrong.
What the larger Igbos from SE are saying is that we will no longer accept an Ikwerre and Some other group that denies Igbo to come all of a sudden to claim Igbo just to get a position in the Govt..
We have been used many times by these people we are not fools, just because we want our brothers to come in the fold shouldn't make us to look like fools. |

Politics › Re: . by GuyWise(m): 8:51pm On Oct 07, 2018 |
pazienza: First of all, we will do well to denounce any attempt by anyone to sell the SE/SS fraud.
There is no SE/SS. What we have is SE and SS.
SS produced PDP VP in 2007 , the last time PDP produced a Northern presidential candidate. Edwin Clark made sure Ijaws took the SS slot.
For equity, justice and fairness, the VP slot must be conceded to SE by PDP.
If they don't, we leave them to their fate and try to negotiate a truce with Buhari.
In 2023, APC would produce a Yoruba President, then we can again make demand for a PDP VP slot.
I can't even believe SS persons are eyeing the VP slot. How the hell could they even be thinking of such? Do they take us for fools? You are right, the Igbos from SS? must not try to fool us again to collect the VP slot, it will be highly rejected. |
Politics › Re: . by GuyWise(m): 8:35pm On Oct 07, 2018 |
The convention has come and gone, what we should be focusing on now is to present an able man or woman who will be made the VP.
Pdp will be handling SE to Apc if they fail to appiont a VP from SE. |
