Ignorance is really bad bro... and most of you aren't ashamed to display theres...Sure, corruption isn't stealing neither in English dictionary nor in our constitution...Punishment for offenders aren't same for them too according to our constitution...

Finally, presidential pardon is for sinners not saints...offenders & criminals NOT good citizens...and it is granted by state council with president as chairman...buhari and other former heads of government as members alongside other APC governors and PDP governors, senate president & others......if any of them objected to the pardon; then it won't be granted...

u still haven't told us what institution gej is building to fight corruption because last time I check efcc is more active during obj tenure and even if there is this institution, the truth is corruption is on an astronomical level during this tenure than any other. and lastly how much did nwobodo stole?
