Just put d software in ur cd rom, restart d system, when it says "press any key to boot from CD/DVD rom", press any key, then follow the instructions to install the new OS

Bro. You need to install the OS again. Sanitize means format. Re-install either Windows XP, 7, 8 etc. U won't b able to recover ur files
