Oga go and read some more about the impeachment process of a governor. The state HOA cannot on it's own impeach a sitting governor without input from the judiciary. The state Chief judge appoints a panel to investigate into the allegations against the governor, and then the panel now recommends to the chief judge wether or not the allegations hold any water. The judge can be influenced to appoint members sympathetic to the governor to that panel.

Don't blame the Supreme Court, blame INEC for going beyond their constitutional duties and obligations by negating the votes that they had no authority to negate and also blame the former governor for not challenging the validity of the negated votes from the get-go.

His lawyers and the PDP dropped the ball from the beginning, they need to strategize more, the need to act and be more competent, they need to base their thinking and actions on legalities and practical sentiments and understanding of the law instead of propaganda, tantrums, emotions, and childish sentiments.
