This OP has insider information. Let me disclose something here: Osibanjo can only see Buhari subject to Abba Kyari’s approval. In some instances MAMMAN D has to grant him access especially after any serious incident. Osibanjo (and Emefiele) are scared to speak because of the amount of factual cases that could be used to blackmail them.
