This OP has insider information. Let me disclose something here: Osibanjo can only see Buhari subject to Abba Kyari’s approval. In some instances MAMMAN D has to grant him access especially after any serious incident. Osibanjo (and Emefiele) are scared to speak because of the amount of factual cases that could be used to blackmail them. Osibanjo can only call the Presidency secretariat, he does have have telephone access to his principal. This is the dummy some people are touting as smart! |
