3-4 months is ideal.

Outside of the above, get a contact at the Law School to help you follow up.

Thank you.

Hello everyone. Please lawyers in the house that have completed their evaluation with the NCA, how long did it take for Nigeria Law School to send your transcripts to NCA? I have been on this for 3 months and I just received word from the NCA that they don't yet have my transcripts from the Law School. All other documents have been received except for law school transcripts. Please any form of help/tips/pointers will be greatly appreciated.

Please how did you explain in your LOE because this thing is giving me high BP right now. we actually went for a training before the plenty partying. The certificate was added as part of education in my personal history. That certificate is important to me so i cannot leave that part out. I would have just insisted they stamp my passport, didn't think it was an issue at all

Your letter can go like this:

Dear Officer,
I write this letter to explain some points that might have caught your attention when considering the documents submitted for processing my electronic Application for Permanent Residence (e-APR). Please find the explanation below:

Travel History
Please note that my travel history shows that I was in (insert name of country) from (insert date) to (insert date). However, my passport was not stamped upon entry to and exit from (insert name of country). This is because I was allowed entry into (insert name of country) upon presentation of my national identity card.

Good day, I went on a road trip with friends to cotonou this year. I showed my national ID card at seme border. The police just smiled at us and told us to proceed. Post ITA I have to scan all passport pages because of travel history. Should I attach LOE to my application, stating I used my national identity card? Or just leave it like that since I didn't use my passport.

My hubby had a similar experience. In his own case, his passport was stamped to enter into Benin Republic by road. Thereafter, he travelled from Benin to Togo and from Togo to Ghana by road. His passport was not stamped because he was part of a team that was led by a military convoy (this was during COVID 19 era). He flew out from Ghana back to Nigeria and his passport was stamped. We explained all these in the LOE. And everything turned out fine. Please note that withholding information from IRCC can easily be taken as misrepresentation. So it is always better to lay everything out. Moreover, travelling (especially by land) without one's passport being stamped is an occurrence in other parts of the world (a Google search will convince you). It is not peculiar to Africa. So my advice is that you explain in your LOE.

Thanks, so I just need my express entry profile number only?
Well I used Qlife and I don't remember providing my express entry number. I only provided my name and presented my passport which the hospital copied. The hospital and IRCC must have a way of synchronising data.

Were you a beginner when you contacted her? How long did it take you to learn before writing the exam. Congrats!

I wasn't a beginner. I had done some french language courses here and there about 8-10 years ago. She helped me to pick up from where I left 8 years ago.

Thanks for your reply, I’ve been trying since yesterday I even downloaded a new browser.

What worked for me was switching data network from mtn to glo.

Hello everyone, I’m finding it hard to get my bank reference letter (letter of good standing) from Zenith bank. My pof is in my Zenith bank dom account , I have gotten my account statement but they’ve been turning me for that letter for about a week now, saying they need various approvals. Is there anyone that used zenith bank as pof or has anyone that can help fast track this letter from zenith bank please? It’s only this letter that is holding me from submitting my application. Please help. Thank you

I also used Zenith Bank. A lot of back and forth (took about 3 weeks). Eventually they provided a letter that pretty much covered everything IRCC requested (except for the requirement on outstanding debt). I had to apply for a separate letter of non-indebtedness from them (you might want to apply for that now to save time). They also made some error on the average balance....so I simply attached bank statement to the letter they provided and wrote a letter of explanation to back it up.
