When Electronic Arts announced support for the Nintendo Switch last month, the only title they announced in development was the FIFA franchise. While a popular series in its own right, some fans were concerned that EA didn’t specify whether it was FIFA 18, a “Legacy” edition with last- gen graphics like what EA has done with other Nintendo consoles, or something in the middle.
Switch fans can probably rest at least a little easier now, as the company has confirmed that, yes, it’s FIFA 18, the same game the PS4 and Xbox One will receive, according to EA Chief Competition Officer Peter Moore’s interview with Gamereactor

PS4's performance should be that PS4, until PS5..but now we have "different output for different prices"... This is suppose to be Pc's perspective... Probably tomorrow we will see PS4 Pro Advanced edition..because it can handle triple screen at 4k.

Nioh PS4 and PS4 Pro Resolution, Frame Rate Compared

According to the report, both PS4 and PS4 Pro run Nioh at 60 frames per second when the game is set to Action Mode in settings. Resolution takes a slight hit in this mode, however. Movie Mode, meanwhile, sees the game run at a locked 30 FPS, but a higher resolution (on both types of PS4). Lastly, Variable Mode attempts to fund a middle ground between the two.

It's in the resolution that things get a little more complicated. On PS4 Pro, Action Mode means a variable resolution, ranging from 1080p to 720p. Movie Mode means a resolution that gets as high as 2160p and as low as 1440p, while Variable Mode drops to 2304x1296.

With the standard PS4, Action Mode mostly means a
resolution of 720p, with "regular" jumps as high as
1728x972, says the report. Movie Mode is a steady 1080p,
while Variable Mode on PS4 was not mentioned in the
report.

Bethesda parent company ZeniMax announced today that it has acquired Escalation Studios. You may not know the studio by name, but you're likely familiar with its work. The Dallas, Texas-based outfit, founded in 2007, most recently contributed to id Software's well-received shooter Doom. The studio worked on the game's level-editor, SnapMap.
In a statement, ZeniMax said Escalation is working on "a number of projects" for PC, console, mobile, and VR, alongside other studios owned by ZeniMax.
Other ZeniMax-owned studios include Arkane, id Software, Machine Games, Tango GameWorks, and Battlecry Studios, as well as the internal Bethesda Game Studios and ZeniMax Online Studios.

Take-Two Interactive, the company that owns Rockstar Games and 2K Games, announced today that it has paid $ 250 million to acquire the mobile game developer Social Point.
The Barcelona, Spain-based developer is best known for its two big free-to-play games, Monster Legends and Dragon City, which have reached a combined 180 million downloads.
Take-Two CEO Strauss Zelnick said in a statement that this acquisition helps the company further diversify its lineup and to deeper embed itself in the "fast-growing free-to-play mobile gaming space."
