Final Fantasy and Tomb Raider publisher Square Enix has teased an upcoming reveal of some kind. Writing on Twitter today, the company said it will make an "exciting announcement" tomorrow, January 26. That's all we have to go on, as Square Enix did not say anything more or tease which of its brands this might be related to, or if it's something new altogether.

The Nintendo Switch game lineup continues to grow. TT Games head of design Arthur Parsons confirmed on Twitter that the sandbox game Lego Worlds is coming to Nintendo's hybrid console. This joins Lego City Undercover, which was already confirmed.

Electronic Arts added two Battlefield games to the EA Access
library of free games on Xbox One last week. More games are coming, the studio has confirmed, including Dead Space Ignition, Madden NFL 17, Skate 3, and Zuma's Revenge. EA said these games will be added to the catalog "later this year," though the company did not provide any specific dates for when they will arrive.

We also do not know if these titles will be added to Origin
Access, the PC version of EA Access. There is no version of
EA Access available on PlayStation 4. Some of the titles,
including Skate 3 and Dead Space Ignition, are Xbox 360
games playable on Xbox One via backwards compatibility.

EA Bringing 10-hour Mass Effect: Andromeda Demo to EA Access
Electronic Arts is giving Mass Effect: Andromeda fans a chance to try out the game before it hits stores. If you’re an Xbox One owner using the EA Access program, or a PC gamer using the similar Origin Access service, you’ll get to try out the full game for 10 hours, starting on March 16th, before having to wait until launch day, which is March 21st.

New Deus Ex: Mankind Divided DLC Coming February 23rd. Square Enix and Eidos Montreal have announced some details and the release date for the second Deus Ex: Mankind Divided story DLC. Titled A Criminal Past, this new story DLC will take place before the main game and will cover Adam Jensen’s first mission for TF29, the group that Adam joins under orders from the Juggernaut Collective to try and find more information on the Illuminati.

Ex-developers of AAA games like The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, Hitman, and Dying Light have teamed up to form a new development studio in Wroclaw, Poland.
The studio is called Strange New Things, and its website states the team is composed of "ex-AAA developers that wanted more." Those developers have come from CD Projekt Red, IO Interactive, Techland, and more.
Strange New Things is currently working on its first project, but details are unclear: the website simply calls refers to the game as "Project [BLANK]."
