Someone else can pay your tuition for you, but not from Nigeria through the Form A process.

What I know about the custody process comes from a situation where the parents got divorced and formal custody of the children was awarded as part of that process. However, to the best of my knowledge, if you and your child(ren)'s father were never married, then its a bit trickier as you will have to show that you have sole responsibility for the child(ren), which can be done through showing they live permanently at your address, you pay for their upkeep (even though she had a formal custody order my cousin sent in evidence of school fees payment from her account, got a letter from her HMO, things like that).

So the best I can say is to get the notarised consent letter and attach any paperwork of the above type that you have.

I had similar experience while using my GTB MasterCard (newly issued card). I was advised to go to the bank for my dollar current account to be linked with my MasterCard account. The money has to be transferred from your dollar current account to MasterCard account before you can use it for online transaction. That was how God helped me to rectify the issue, I don’t know if it’s applicable to other banks.
I will advice you go to your bank (if it’s GTB) and tell them that you’re unable to make online transaction, I believe it will be addressed.

Yes you can apply for reprinting. I can't recollect all now but I know your request will have to come from the Principal if its May/June. I learnt it can take between a month - six months before you have the reprinted copy. I suggest you visit their office for detail information.

This period is always right with excel. I saw an analysis of this nature here.
The excel sheet will give you the exact date you will give the bank.

If you have no connect please use the DIY option or go to any immigration office and confidently knock on the door of its data processing center. Don’t let anyone corner you. Pay whatever is asked and capture.
