Thanks so much for the advice �...

Please my question is my Appeal for (family visit Visa ) has been with Dublin Visa office about 7-months now with no status update from them and we’ve tried all possible means to Email them( with all the email and links provided to get in-touch with them ) . But still no respond.

So now we thinking of re-applying for another Application by end of the Month . So I hope that won’t affect the Appeal process been delayed from them ??

Actually we’ve Sent them several Emails requesting for an update with that same Email u mentioned here . And still no reply or update from them .

But with the link u attached have sent them query now , hoping they will respond.

And if there is any direct Email to the Ambassador which we can send our query pls don’t hesitate sir .

I tried to make a contact with him I even tagged him on here but his not replying to my message regarding this issue . Hopefully he has any way I can tackle the issues. Because my Appeal is 4-months now without any status update or anything from the Visa Office Dublin.. which we emailed Abuja Embassy and Ireland office , requesting for an update.

I just hope we receive a good news soon .. I hope �

Please I submitted my Appeal since 3-months ago . With the supporting documents. no status update or respond from them yet .. and we’ve tried to email them at Dublin office with we sent it to according to the address given in our refusal letter also Abuja Embassy.

Please what’s your view on this and your advice??

Good evening sir ,

Please I kindly need your urgent advice regarding my Appeal which was submitted 9-weeks ago . And no Respond yet from them .. so my brother decided to email Abuja Ireland �� Embassy, and they later referred us to Dublin head visa office which we posted the appeals to from the Refusal Address included in the latter .. So after sending 2-Emails to them no respond again from them .. so now I don’t know what else to do ??

Or if u have any method which we can follow to get a feedback from them .. please kindly Alert me on it ..

No ! No complaint regarding funds or sponsor or bank statement..

Just the Proof of family relationship they requested for and my EU citizen wife working proof .. which we’ve submitted along with the appeal.

And we’ve sent them the documents they all requested for and this week will make it 6-weeks after our appeal has been received..

But still waiting.. hopefully I prayed they Grant us

Please kindly advise me on my visa refusal .

I my brother and his wife EU citizen invited me over to Ireland , few month ago and i was refuse a visa and they include the reasons why and off course we can appeal .

Proof or family relationship

Birth certs of me and my brother
His wife is on job seek allowance ..

But later got employed , I mean his wife ..

So we make an appeal and attached some documents they requested for such as our birth certs and his wife working official letter .. and we post it and the visa officer received it ..

Now since a month now waiting for result !

So my question is , I want to know their successful rate on appeal being granted .. pls
