PoliticsBoko Haram Commander Who Led Squad To Kidnap Chibok Girls Surrenders (Photo) by hammak1993(op): 4:46pm On Aug 27, 2017
Boko Haram commander surrenders, says 'I led squads to abduct Chibok girls'

Auwal Ismaeela, a top Boko Haram commander, has surrendered and confessed to leading the squads that abducted the Chibok girls in 2014.

Ismaeela said he was tired of the “senseless” atrocities of the insurgent group, hence his decision to surrender.

According to PRNigeria, the Boko Haram commander expressed regrets over his actions and said he was cooperating with the Nigerian military with information on locations and hideouts of other top commanders.

He said he was “brainwashed and misled” to abduct and kill people, adding that he could no longer stand the atrocities “contrary to the teachings of Islam” which were being carried out by the insurgents.

“My self and Abu Hafsat a Boko Haram commander led other squads to abduct the Chibok girls,” he said.

“We led the operations to invade Gwoza, Bama, Limankara mobile barrack, Bita, Bosso, Madagali, Chibok, Pulka, Firgi, and Mubi.

“In Madagali which was my home town, myself, Adam Vitiri, Abu Adam and Habu Kudama, some high ranking Boko Haram Commander led an operation in 2014 where we killed some students and youths at the Central Secondary School in Sabon Garin Madagali.

“In one of the operations, I abducted my wife named Maryam who had two kids for me in Sambisa Forest.

“It is unfortunate that I was brainwashed and misled not only on some abductions but in the killings of my own people that were innocent. I wholeheartedly regret my actions.

“During a battle in Konduga where myself and other Boko Haram commanders led the operations, I lost my right leg and was almost got burnt. Even at that, I did not stop fighting for the course. Sheikh Shekau ordered that I should be given a tricycle which I continued to use for various operations before I eventually surrendered.

“I willingly surrendered to the military because I was tired of the senseless killing and fight. I realised that our people have resort to stealing and all sort of atrocity contrary to the teaching and practice of Islam.

“Women were being raped, sometimes publicly. Children died from malnutrition and disease as the living condition became harsher. As there was no food in the camp, people died every day because of hunger.

“I will continue to cooperate with the security agencies in providing useful information on our mode of operations and to disclose top-secret hideouts of our commanders."

PoliticsBuhari Did Not Lie About My Father - Ojukwu's Son by hammak1993(op): 6:14pm On Aug 23, 2017
Late Chukwuemeka Ojukwu’s first son, Emeka Ojukwu Jr. has condemned the statement credited to him of refuting the remarks of the President, concerning Buhari’s relationship and discussions with his late father.

He denied granting any media interview or posting any massage on social media that Buhari was wrong about his discussions with his late father.

The media was awashed with reports that Ojukwu Jr. replied Buhari’s statements as untrue which members of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) described as lies, demanding proof of the meeting with the late Ikemba of Nnewi with Mr. President.

In a statement issued on Wednesday and made available to newsmen in Awka, Ojukwu Jr. noted that his late father actually held the said meeting with Buhari before his demise, adding that all that Buhari said in his nationwide broadcast were true.

He warned that such malicious and damaging publications would not be taken lightly should it be repeated.

The statement read in part, “It has been brought to my attention that there is an article making the rounds on social media attributed to me refuting the remarks of Mr. President concerning his relationship and discussions with my late father.

“Let me lend my voice to those of the rest of my fellow countrymen and welcome Mr. President back home.

“Let me state the following categorically; firstly, that I made no such comments to anybody, and secondly that I am aware that His Excellency’s comments were indeed factual.

“I have noticed a disturbing trend recently of fake news being attributed to me on social media. I don’t know who is behind it or what their motivation might be, but let me assure you that any time I feel the need to comment publicly on any matter, I will not do so via some anonymous email or anything of the like, rather be rest assured that there will be no ambiguity whatsoever as to whether the comments came from me.

While calling on members of the public to discountenance the stories in the social media or any media platform, Ojukwu Jr. urged the President not to take such comments serious as it smacks of gutter and yellow media reportage aimed at overheating the polity.

Truth be told. We need to wise up, majority of people that benefited from ponzi shemes are the guiders and the programmers.

Its high time we shuned ponzi schemes, the risk overweighs the benefit. It impoverish the participants the more.

The so call guiders have no conscience, that is why the keep defending the scheme because they know how much they swindle from unsuspecting partcipants.

Sgtponzi has made lot of points, but the problem I have with him is that, he talks too much. Make your point and leave. The wisest comedian leaves the crowd when the ovation is loud.

I have read different comments on your thread, I must be honest, I am highly dissapointed. How could you have stooped so low all in the name of a bottle of drink.?

Thousands of people putting curse on you, both offline and online, yet you feel comfortable. You claim God is with you. How can God protect someone who engage in infidelity, who patronises prostitute. God only protects the upright, which you are far from one.

Initially when I see your post, I used to think you feel concern about people. At a point, I discovered you have an ulterior motive, which is best known to you.

I must tell you, Nairaland just used you as a tool to get traffic by putting your thread in a front page. You thought you got a popularity, but in a negative way. Nairaland is just a hypocritical forum.

Forget ego and apologize.

As salaamu alaykum brother. If you snap a picture, what have you done, havnt you created it with a phone or camera ? i mean i dont understand what you re insinuating here with the word CREATE. Some pple even go as far as printing it out or making frames for it to be hanged.

Pardon me, i am doubting if you actually read the treatise fully. Please do read again and read the emphasis of the scholar on picture making:
Taking pictures with a camera involves human actions such as focusing, pressing the shutter, developing, printing, and so on. We cannot call it anything other than "picture-making" or tasweer, which is the expression used by all Arabic-speakers to describe this action.

As for mirror and video tapes. mirror is a reflection of your self and not you making an image and besides, it will clear when you leave. Can you also say shadows are haraam ? NO
Video tapes re moving objects and hence they do not fall under that category except when they contain evil contents, they can be haram. I am not a scholar pls, this issue is not one to be argued about at all by pple like us. But get your facts right, Ask scholars. I mean scholars. dont follow your desires against the commandment of Allah. Allah knows best brother
sallam. Let me first state categorically that I am not a picture freak to erase your thought from your last statement. As you can see, I don't have a profile picture, you can as well go to my Facebook page to confirm this. But I talk base on facts on ground.

I can see you are quoting from one source which you posted the link. Islam is very broad, you cant just come to conclusion like that. In Islam, their is what we call ' Sabab Nusus' ( the origin of a deed or action). So, you can conclude base on the context of a sentence.

You see, the Issue of pictures have been debated by different scholars years back, which they give different opinions.

From the point you made earlier, you said the pictures from videos are moving. Are you trying to differentiate moving pictures from stationery pictures.

I even learnt some don't watch Television because of the quoted hadiths. Is there any better example of making images than that of a Television. Are they not created by human?

I really appreciate you for this link. I have read all the hadith's. I want us get a clear understanding of these hadiths. Note the word CREATE. I would also advise to read about history of creating images. you can just conclude base on the context of hadith's.

Creating of Images have been existing since pre-Islamic period, which subsequent Prophets condemn before Prophet Muhammad. The hadiths are referring to drawings, creating idols, and not taking pictures.

If u insist on condemning pictures. What do you say about a mirror in the house giving a real picture of your self and television.

u wrong.brother. islam condems both pictures and images.either 2 or 3 dimensional.
pls islam is not a religion where you talk if you dont have knowledge.the holy prophet s.a.w dusted of 2 dimensional images inside the ka'aba with water and cloth, cursing the culprits while cleaning.
now can u clean images ,using water and clothe?so pls brother.lets search for knowledge
well, I wount sound rude to you. In Islam, there is what we call 'adab' (etiquette) which I think you lack, for quoting someone you don't know to have no knowledge about Islam.

I am highly surprised at you analogy, saying the prophet clean images using water and clothes relating to cleaning pictures with water and clothes.

Why don't you get water and clothes to clean pictures from your television screen, in regards to your comparison.

Go read history about creating of images, creating of images have been condemned even before the time of the prophet.
IslamRe: Seven Things You Must Avoid In Your Waleematu-nikkah by hammak1993(m): 12:11pm On Jan 20, 2017
Image is different from picture. what the hadith's is referring to is those that draw images, just like the artist and sculptor that creates images. Just like the people of Noah that create images of their pious ones after their death.

Islam doesn't condemn pictures, the only condition pictures are not allowed, is when using pictures of sheikhs as necklace and other aspect which can leads to 'shrik' (associating partner with God)

What you don't know is that Guiders have limit to the amount they can withdraw in a month. For example most Guiders cannot withdraw above 1m monthly, even if they have 1b.
Leaders bonus restriction was placed on all Guiders accounts to enhance sustainability.

Truth is, that Guider may only be looking at those bonuses, but he cannot GH them. It's fun to look at.... But not realistic to GH.

My advice is for you to ensure you ask relevant questions so you may understand how MMM works, before you rush to post misleading info.

If you don't read the news, you'll be uniformed... If you read the news, you'll be misinfor
med
Even if the so called guiders cash out 1M monthly, how do you think there will be sustainability of the system?

Do the simple calculation, 1M multiply by thousands of guiders, that's billions of naira monthly.

let be realistic, and don't let the love of MMM blind you from the fact.

Note: I am also a participant
