FamilyRe: What Is Wrong With Being An Introvert? by Hammefeez: 11:51pm On Jun 21, 2015
eleojo23:
Introverts...the most misunderstood beings on the planet even though they have contributed immensely to the progress of mankind (great scientists, musicians, inventors etc).
If you need someone who will think outside the box by reflex, you'll most likely find that among the introverts.

Nothing wrong with being an introvert.

It is your nature and you did not choose to be made that way. But the problem is that the world prefers and celebrates extroversion.

One thing however is that both are needed to create balance in the human society.
Look at a picture of both personalities.

The extrovert is an outgoing person who is excited by being among/around people, he/she is easily bored when there is no activity to engage in. Yeah, he's got lots of energy to spare. He has no difficulty expressing his feelings. When he's angry, you know and when he's happy, it's also very obvious ('cos he can just throw a party to show his happiness). He may not be so much interested in deep intellectual talk (not in all cases though) but he likes small talks like discussing about the weather and things like that.

But the introvert is different. He is the quiet type who does most of his talking in his head. Yeah, he thinks a lot and likes to engage in deep and intellectual conversations. He can stay alone for days and not get bored. He is not so easy to 'read' when compared with the extrovert. You may not know when he's happy or sad because his default expression is
'blank'. He could be experiencing intense joy on the inside but the best he may do to show it would just be a smile (no, he won't go jumping up and down, screaming in excitement). He likes depth in whatever he does and as such prefers quality to quantity. He may be slow in doing stuff but when he is done, you would appreciate his work because of the quality of it.
He is very good at understanding people but unfortunately for him, the gesture is not reciprocated as he is often misunderstood by many.
He doesn't make friends and get attached to people easily but once he considers you his friend, you are most likely going be his friend for life. You can now see why he has to keep someone on his 'probation' list for some time before admitting that person into his circle of friends (which is usually small).
He likes to work from the background, away from the spotlight. He hates noise!
Cool music playing in the background and a book in hand is a perfect way for him to spend the day.
When he loves, he is usually very committed to the one he loves...

#my fingers are already getting numb from typing... #

Hence, you see that both are needed to complement each other so don't ever entertain the thought that something is wrong with you because you're an introvert.
However, you can try making friends with a moderate extrovert and you will see how it will help you open up a little, just the same way an extrovert's excesses are curbed when she has an introverted friend. I say moderate extrovert because a highly extroverted friend can drive you nuts with too much stimulation (from talking and other activities peculiar to her nature).

Pardon my long epistle smiley
Me #Teamintrovert I will thank you later

EducationRe: Difference Between A University And A College by Hammefeez(op): 4:00pm On Jun 20, 2015
Program value and Education are, perhaps, the most important factors to think through when considering your options. In the eyes of most employers, a university degree is of more value because of broader course options, and longer programs. Universities are generally bigger and prestigious institutions. Statistics also show that university graduates have more earning power compared to college graduates. So, in the end, it really all comes down to personal preference – which school and program ticks all the boxes for you. And, which one do you feel will give you the best launch-pad for your future? Finally, before making any hasty decisions, do a lot of research – talk to former and current university and college students about what they are doing and their current feelings about the whole thing, and ask potential employers what kind of education they’d suggest.
EducationRe: Difference Between A University And A College by Hammefeez(op): 3:58pm On Jun 20, 2015
Generally speaking, a university degree takes longer to finish than a college program. Most undergraduate degrees take about 3 – 5 years to complete. Meanwhile, a college diploma or course can range from 1 – 3 years. When looking at getting a job as soon as you get out of school, going to college is likely the right choice. What’s more, the currency of a typical university and college day is also something to consider. In many university programs, students have a lot of freedom in creating their own timetables, resulting in days where you might have 4 – 5 hours classes, while other days have none. On the other hand, college classes are often similar to high school days; fixed and intense. A college schedule might have you at your desk from 9am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.
COST University programs are more expensive. Yearly costs at university can be double what you’d pay for a college course. Over a couple of years, this difference in cost will definitely add up to a small fortune. So, it is important to figure out your finances before beginning a program. However, It’s essential to know that universities offer assistance through government grants or loans.
EducationDifference Between A University And A College by Hammefeez(op): 3:53pm On Jun 20, 2015
It’s that time of the year when students and
parents alike start to explore their post
high-school education options. One of the
things they begin to think of is the
difference between a university and a
college. The general assumption is that
universities offer better education than
colleges. Truth be told, there are a lot of
things to consider when making a decision
between a university and a college course.
Even though there a lot of differences, let’s
look at the four major variances between
the two.

This is, arguably, the most important
difference between university and college.
The reason being a university education is
very much academic. It’s abstract at most –
teaching you how to think critically. On the
other side, college education focuses more
on everyday, functional or applied
knowledge and practical learning – more or
less teaching you how to do things.
At university, you’ll likely sit in a lecture
theatre with over 150 people, listen to a
professor talk, and then read and hand in
assignments and essays. Whereas in college,
class often takes the form of the students
learning how to do something and then
getting up and doing it, e.g. opening up a
computer, baking a real cake with real
ingredients, or taking apart a car engine.
These forms of learning have advantages
and disadvantages – university graduates
sometimes find themselves unsure of what
it is they’ve been trained to do when it
comes to translating their knowledge to real
world problems. On the flip side, college
graduates might find their programs were
too focused or single minded, and wish
they’d gotten a taste of a wider range of
topics.
All things considered, you might want to
join programs that are offered through
university and college partnerships. With
these kinds of programs, you’d generally
spend a year in college to earn a diploma
and then a further 3 or 4 years in university
to earn your degree. Such a route is likely to
best prepare you for the real world

I remember in 90's one of my teacher (female) use to brag with her name that she's the first female pilot, she'll just say her name is "Obo" which has another meaning in Yoruba Land, we ll smile to our selves and say No wonder she s a female.........hmmnnn sad. I dont think my teacher knew what happened to her respected Lady that she always projects as good mentor to female student then...............Sad

Now to the topic:

Yes! Those basterd killed her and loot almost everything she had...accepted.
When the case finally got to police station they found out goods worth million/billion and recovered them (on No account or actual amount) they even pasuaded those culprit to bail themselves out with money which they provided and later proceeded the case to court, when some certain people realized how they can gain their good share of the sad story, they waded in and forfeit the case, people like buisness partner, police, lawyers, judges, friends, employer, even some family members.
If i am to re-open that case i will look in to those area.

PoliticsI Will Expose You "AREGBESOLA" by Hammefeez(op): 7:28am On Jun 16, 2015
I WILL EXPOSE AREGBESOLA
Enough is enough!
I am set to expose Aregbesola.
He was voted in 2007 and eventually came
to power in Nov. 2010 . Since that time, the
state has witnessed a lot of development
that surprises the opposition and has also
silenced them equally.
AREGBE I WILL EXPOSE YOU!
# Why did you develop the state and not
share money to individuals?
¶ Immediately you came on board, you called
educational summit that gave you a
blueprint on what to do to transform the
sector. This saw to various empowerment
programmes of rebuilding schools,food
supplies for O meal in which poultry farmers
and women cooks are empowered and
school pupils from poor homes enjoy free
feeding to date.
AREGBE I WILL EXPOSE YOU!
# Why did you refuse to allow dilapidated
school buildings to stay so that the teachers
and pupils run helter skelter when
thunderstorms strike. Why did you continue
Omeal and empowered poultry farmers and
food suppliers at least everybody will find
his levels now?
¶ In 100 days,you empower 20,000 youths
in a scheme unprecedented in the history of
the nation to engage the teeming
unemployed youths not minding party
affiliations or online payment to qualify like
federal uniformed jobs.
AREGBE I WILL EXPOSE YOU!
# Why not allow them to walk about the
cities and result to robbery and
prostitution,at least it is not your fault that
they are not employed?
¶ The roads were too bad when you came
on board and some roads do not even exist
thereby making the state as a whole look
dirty and unpleasing. You separated some
buildings including my fathers property
from the roads to give the state capital and
other cities befitting look. The quality of
work done is excellent.
AREGBE I WILL EXPOSE YOU!
# You should have left the roads that way
and just continue to wine and dine and
womanise all around the nation. Build
houses for mistresses,why not?
¶ You came up with an idea that the
drainages in the cities are enlarged and
blocking refuse removed from time to time
to prevent flooding. And to the glory of God
the state is free of flooding since you came
on board.
AREGBE I WILL EXPOSE YOU!
# Why did you not leave the state with the
recurrent floods and destruction that
followed. After all,you do not have any
property near the points. And even
besides,people affected will find something
to do when the floods come?
¶ Osun has never had it so good security
wise before your time, you introduced
ambulances that respond rapidly to a
distress call to safe lives in the urban and
rural areas. In fact,I enjoyed one of such
rescue operation when my sibling was
knocked down by a car in Osogbo. The
immigration interview saga was another
scenario that would have claimed live. The
nationwide media review showed that Osun
was the only state that provided enough
ambulances to save the situation.
AREGBE I WILL EXPOSE YOU!
# The money that you used to do this can be
used to organised lalale friday like fayose
does in Ekiti?
¶ All your O symbol programmes are all
meant to reshape the state and make it
stand on its own and with regional
integration that you clamour for,you may
not rely on federal allocation to pay workers.
AREGBE I WILL EXPOSE YOU!
# You don't need all these developmental
programme. Just do a little and pay for
media publicity and everybody will be
deceived that you have done well?
¶ I attended a programme in the govt
secretariat,Oso gbo where you were
discussed of paying salaries on 26th and
bonuses annually until 2014.
We were told that the way that you make
money available for projects and payment
was unprecedented. The manner in which
you have blocked all the leakages to private
pockets charming. A director of works told
me how monies meant for projects are
either shared of inflated before you came on
board and shudder that the situation then
was bad and should not continue that way.
He accepted his fate and now depend on
salary.
AREGBE I WILL EXPOSE YOU!
# You should have minded your own
business and turn your face the other way
as if nothing happens. Abi it is not good to
step on toes of workers now. You see now
they did not vote you in August election?
¶ I don't know why you like doing much
with a little. They wanted to cut down on
your popularity so the state allocations were
reduced so that development of the the
state will crash, salaries difficult to pay. And
you know that your workings has produced
a lot of enemies.
AREGBE I WILL EXPOSE YOU!
# You have done too much. We don't want
much. Olohun mun e,there is no money to
pay workers now let alone continuing with
the projects!
¶ Anyway sha, you have done well but salary
issue has made it as if you have not done
nothing. I even heard that you did not pay
political office holders all the while and that
you have not drawn any salary to yourself in
the last 8 months.
AREGBE I HAVE EXPOSE YOU!
You should not have bothered to defend
yourself. Tell them to go to court after all
other state of the federation owe!
We are told that you are so sad about the
situation in Osun and that you are on the
move to save the situation asap.
We pray God to help you and may the state
rise again.
At least,I have exposed you!

BackDatAssUp:
Aregberascal the Ooni of Gbesse Land aka governor of Osun has since declared that he can not govern Osun without Niger Delta oil

Governor Rauf Aregbesola of Osun State has described as unjustifiable a 40 per cent reduction in the federal allocation being received by the state since July 2013.
Aregbesola spoke in Lagos on Thursday during the launching of a book, ‘Yoruba Elites and Ethnic Politics in Nigeria: Obafemi Awolowo and Corporate Agency.’ The book was written by an associate professor at the University of California-Davies, Wale Adebanwi.
The governor said the reduction had no basis as the nation’s oil revenue did not fall.
He said, “If there is anything my state does not have now, it’s money. We are managing with 40 per cent reduction in our allocation from the Federal Government. It is not as if I even enjoy saying I depend on the federal allocation, but the truth is that there is no magic that I would have made to suddenly taken our state out of dependence on the federal allocation.
“It is important for us to know that there is no justification for that 40 per cent reduction in our allocation. The price of crude oil has remained almost the same at $108 per barrel, and the benchmark, according to them, is $75 per barrel.”
According to the governor, the state is now being forced to source for funds outside the federal allocation in order to meet its responsibilities of paying the entitlements of civil servants and retired workers.
He said, “So we are not close to the benchmark of $75 and yet since July of last year, there is a 40 per cent reduction in our allocation. What that translates to I will tell you.
“It means I have to get N5.4bn to augment salaries and pension from July to December; N5.4bn extra, outside allocation, to ensure that since civil servants who are still active and those who have retired are paid their entitlements.
“What I receive from federation account is not sufficient to pay salaries.”
The governor, who represented a former governor of Lagos State and National Leader of the APC at the event, Bola Tinubu, who was the chief presenter of the book, bought copies of the new book at N5m on behalf of the Osun State.
He bought copies of the book on behalf of himself with N500,000 and announced N2m for the launching of the book on behalf of Tinubu.
The day you stop lying is the day you 'll get sense
