ornicus: It has already been firmly established that the vehicles are designed in China. The only indigenous design is that badge.
More to the point vehicle styling is not done by your run of the mill creative designers. You may not realise it, but just about anyone can put out a logo and plenty of people do.
Virtual prototyping is done by actual automotive designers using software like autodesk vred.
Sadly, most of the professionals have left this forum.
All this nonsense u wrote is the reason u are still broke.
People who dont have sense, usually think they have it in excess.
candidtalk: Indeed. I personally don't have a problem with Igbo Presidency but Northerners do for their own reasons. My opinion as a Yoruba is that APC is the ruling Party and likely to win in 2023. The Party will likely cede its ticket to a Southern candidate because PMB and other influential Northerners in the Party are honourable men even if inconsequential upstarts like El Rufai want to be ungentlemanly.
To that end no fair person can begrudge the SW making a pitch for the APC ticket with any noise of "unfairness to SE' and such. When we chose to deliberately build bridges with the North to form APC and give sweat and blood for the Party, Igbos chose to sink or swim with the PDP and gave APC zero electoral support over two general elections. In facts the SE only had insults for the APC and threats the Party should not campaign in the SE because "APC is dead in Ala Igbo".
It is now lunacy to expect the SW to not feel entitled to benefit from their hard work for and dedication to APC. It would be distinctly unfair for the APC to give its ticket to any Southern region other than the SW. In life you reap what you sow and you generally should not reap where you have not sown. Hope some will learn this lesson but I doubt it.

ALL THIS HARD WORK U ARE DOING HERE, KOLE WERK.
WE SEE THROUGH YOUR DECEITFUL WORDS.
LET ME TELL U WAT IGBO AND NORTH HAVE IN COMMON, WE ARE BOTH DEADLY HONEST AND STRAIGHT FORWORD.
WE DON'T MISS WORDS, WAT WE SAY, WE MEAN AND DO.
ON THE CONTARY, YORUBA TEND TO THINK BEING DISINGENUOUS AS SMART.
candidtalk: Proxy in the sense of partners who will include them and not relegate them as everyone fear Igbos capable of doing. It will be an SW Presidency but the point is that that North can sleep easy knowing they will not be discriminated against or at the end of unfavourable policies that may be punitive for the North and good for others. They feel the SW will carry them along better than the SE for sure. Unfortunately, Igbos are responsible for how the North perceives them.

THE FACT THAT SO MANY PEOPLE ARE ON NAIRALAND AND ONLY FEW ARE ON THIS THREAD SHOULD TELL U THAT JUNAID IS A NONENTITY.
AS FOR YORUBA, WE WILL ONLY QUIETLY WATCH YOU PROSTITUTE YOURSELVES SHAMELESSLY TO THE NORTH, BUT 2023, NOTHING FOR YORUBA.
Urchman200: u have said it all, want zoning between the north and south but in ur mind west is the region representing south, until we get sense the north should continue with power, on what basis will the west be clamouring for presidency?if u believe in zoning support the eastern region simple.
YORUBA ARE NOT EVEN SOUTHERN NIGERIA, SO THEY ARE NOT IN THE EQUATION.
Uyomeyouyo: Pigggiidiioooots and their sympathisers are just a bunch of short sighted people with short memory.
First, Yorubas fought for GEJ to become president. Where were they when Tunde Bakare and co formed the Save Nigeria Group to fight GEJ's course
Second, Yorubas went ahead to vote massively for GEJ to win a fresh term against Buhari. What was our interest Yet VP - salivating piigggidiiots insist Yorubas sabotage southern interest. Crazy!
Third, GEJ went ahead to marginalize Yorubas for reasons best known to him. Appointments meant for Yorubas were shared between the 2 other tribes. GEJ was going to annihilate Yorubas politically.
In 2015, Yorubas would have committed political suicide by supporting GEJ for a second term. No regrets booting him out! Had GEJ won a second term, where would that have left us, Yorubas He would have handed over to a northerner with a non Yoruba as VP. And the marginalization would have continued. Currently, we are nos 2 and 4. Would we be in these positions if GEJ had won in 2015
Lest I forget, 2023 is quite far away. A lot can and will happen between now and then. May God spare us. Nobody ever thought GEJ could emerge president the way he did. Osinbajo is no ordinary fellow...
We Yorubas have been able to defeat northerners with the support of other northerners, time and again. Abiola did, Obasanjo did, Gbajabiamila did (lost by only 8 votes at first attempt), Fayemi did (he beat El Rufai to NGF chairmanship) etc etc
And with the scenario that played out between 2007 and 2015, northerners will be wary of having a non Yoruba as VP... Any pigggidioot desperately salivating for VP is on a long thing...
Atiku will win PDP ticket in 2023. Dissidents will have no choice but to support the APC candidate...
In summary, only the North (North West) and S.NW have the exclusive right to rule one united Nigeria...
PS: There is no tribe called piggidddiott...
FIXED!
VP THAT IS A HOUSE BOY AND SPEAKER THAT IS INCONSEUQENTIAL TO THE SENATE.
IT IS EVEN BETTER TO BE DEPUTY SENATE PRESIDENT THAN SPEAKER.
DNSPro: My mother was a Benin woman. I grew up among them and I know them. You will HARDLY find any Benin person defending Yoruba like he is doing. It is very "un-Benin".
Benin people that wear Igbo Isi Agu.
Leave them to continue attache with SS/SE.
Idu is even where all of us ariginated in Southern Nigeria.
