That's correct. But you can also try rk-visa201@lago.diplo.de. In my own case i sent my email to the 2 email addresses. I tried one first and i didn't get a response from the embassy for some days. I tried the other one and i got a response within 24 hours. Unfortunately, i didn't know which of the emails they responded to because their response came from a different email entirely, i.e. noreply@diplo.de. Good luck bro. dcitizen: @ hampy, dam12, honourableseyi. This is the email that i use to make the student visa appointment: rk-visa105@lago.diplo.de is the email for the student visa appointment right? |

Bro. I really don’t appreciate when people put comments like this up. Listen, there is nothing wrong with inquiring about the status of your visa application. Afterall, I paid the application fee. We have seen visa gets approved in 2 weeks or less - 9 days in Anvicola’s case. I contacted the embassy 5 weeks after my interview. I waited 5 whole weeks! I contacted them after my resumption date, just to inform them that my school had extended my enrolment. What is wrong with that? You talk as if these people are super humans. Is it my problem that the Auslanderbehorde is not big or that they have so many applicants? I paid my visa application fee. All the applicants paid - They should employ more hands and deal with it. We paid for it! That’s how it works. Come to think of it, my admission letter and acceptance letter clearly indicates my resumption date, it is also stated clearly on the visa application form that i filled, and i also mentioned it during my interview. The least they could do was to contact me before my resumption date and ask me to produce evidence of enrolment extension. I paid money for their services - I paid visa application fee - so i deserve the best of services. Emailing me 5 weeks after my interview, after i emailed them to inquire about the status of my application is not the best of services. Let’s call a spade a spade. These people treat us as if we are secondary humans or inferior humans. And people like you treat them as if they are primary humans or superior humans. And that’s the problem. They don’t respect us. We respect them. I know it’s not just me, but do you realise that we are not even allowed to sit during our interviews? We stand on our feet while the interviewer sits - for 30 plus minutes… C’mon now! Why can’t they provide a chair? It’s their chair and we are not leaving the embassy with it. It’s just for us to sit and be comfortable during interview. Remember, we paid the visa application fee and not matter how small it is, it forms part of their IGR! Guy…. I don’t care whether I’m rejected or not. I’ll appeal and if its denied, i’ll look elsewhere. I paid 9000Euros for my school fees, funded with another 8000Euros. That’s another IGR for their country!! If this situation presents itself another day, in another way, I will write to whoever concerned to ask about the status of my application. Fight no dey there! Cindino20: Hmmmm another reason for people to relax...somethings just take time....the auslanderbehorde re nt that big and and they normally ve alot of applicants this period.
Advise to other applicants....be calm... |

I funded before my interview. And I had my interview on 31.8.2015 - That's 5 weeks already. If they wanted to reject me - they would have rejected me early enough. The fact that the mail is coming now means it has to do with my enrolment/resumption date and all. I'm positive. Pauluche: Bro did you get a mail to fund your account after your interview? Nothing do you bro. You won't suffer the same fate. I should have emailed them before i did. Or not email them at all when i know i am already out of time - just as Williamso said. But no cause for alarm. Just email them your extension enrolment and you will be fine. No shaking. Socwork: Sorry hampy. I ve been out of network. That mail has disturbed my peace as we are almost at the same expectation. However. Make a mail regarding your extension asap. Im going to do so now.God help me ooo |

No. The embassy didn't give a specific date to come. They just said i should come between 8-9 Mondays - Fridays. That's it. I will forward the confirmation of enrolment extension to them and call them on Monday. Then go on Tuesday (If they still require that i come after my call to them). Thanks. Williamso: Hmmmmmmm. This one is strong. Knowing that you did not have time, you should not have contacted the embassy on that issue as it's the only the Auslanderbehoerde of the city that approves your visa, but they and the embassy can deny it. The foreigner's office should have been your port of call. However, my suggestion still stands. Did they give you a specific date to go the embassy? I think not, so send them the mail, call them on monday, then go there on Tuesday.

They didn't ask for insurance. That's why i'm a bit worried. lol. So you mean i should just reply them with confirmation of enrolment extension and place a call to them? Without having to go to the embassy? Mind you, they have already asked me to come with my passport in their email - "In the a.m matter”. GENESIS OF THE MAIL FROM THE EMBASSY: I took the hint from SOCWORK to email the embassy and inquire from them about the status of my visa application. In my email, i stated that my enrolment had passed (Oct 1st & 2nd) and lectures begin on Oct 5th. However, I stated that the school told me that they will extend my enrolment but I didn't attach any documentary evidence to that effect (simply because I don't have it from the school yet as at that time). Now that the school confirmed my enrolment extension to November 9th, the embassy replied my email with the "In the a.m matter" mail asking me to come to the embassy with my passport. I might be wrong, but i'm quite certain that its a rejection and their reason will be - enrolment/registration deadline had passed blah blah. So you see, I'm in a fix here? Do i just forward my confirmation of enrolment extension to the embassy? or go to the embassy to receive my rejection and appeal? I don't know what to do. Williamso: The mail you got from the consulate (In the a.m), did it ask you to come with insurance? I would assume it didn't, that's why you are worried. Reply that mail with the confirmation of enrollment deadline ASAP. If possible, send it to all the Nigerian Consulate-General emails you can get. Then first thing Monday morning, put a call through to them and tell them you got an extension from your school and also a mail to go to the consulate and ask them what you should do about this. |

Hello House. How y'all doing this morning? Congratulations to all those who has gotten their visas. ANVICOLA, you are really a blessed person. Just keep doing all the good things you are doing.
I am in a difficult situation and I need your advice. My school confirmed my enrolment extension to November 9th, just as the "In the a.m matter" mail already entered my email from the embassy. I have now been asked to come to the embassy with my passport and what not. What do i do now? Do i anticipate a rejection and prepare my appeal alongside? Or simply go along with my confirmation of extension from school? It's 5 weeks after my interview already. SOCWORK & EKE40SEVEN- Please take note. |

I think you need to appeal and politely call the embassy's attention to the fact your school has confirmed your registration. You can attach/fwd the email from the school with your appeal. I hope this helps. When was your interview? fynsake: Hello house, please I applied for German student visa but it was rejected. Reason: closing date for registration lapsed and hence your admission become ineffective
My school registration closed on 31/08/2015 but I completed my registration on the 26/08/2015.
My question is do I appeal this or ask for another appointment because I have been able to get a mail from the school confirming my registration. My lectures start on 05/10/2015 |

What does he stand to gain from all these? May God help us all. Thanks a lot future wiser. You've been very diligent and helpful. Futurewiser: You can deceive the full house but not me. I am intelligent to refuse this attention seeker's post here. Here are some of your post on south Africa thread recently and 30th September. I know how careful and efficient Germans are and your visa cannot be approved without proof of financial means. Even if Embassy approved mistakenly, remember foreigners office too will review it. Applications without prof of financial means are marked incomplete online and sent as ''incomplete'' For your information not only one VO reviews your application before it is fwd to Germany for further review and approval. Please go back to your south Africa thread and stop seeking attention here. I wonder why people will just behave like this ,,, smh...

Like i said, if you really want to take this 2 weeks certification program and you can afford it, its your choice. Bro. I looked up your program. It's only a certificate program but people attend from all over the world. However, what you get at the end of the day is just a CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE. What do you want to do with that? You also have to be mindful of the fact that you are referred to as a PARTICIPANT and not a STUDENT. At least as far as the 2 weeks program is concerned. Why not apply for a MA or BA if you really want to do diplomacy. As a student, i have access to all the ICD events. And I won't just attend, i will participate by moderating, interviewing world leaders, etc. And I will also be given the same CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE for all the ICD events I attend. So you see... at the end of the day, I'll have my MA certificate degree from Furtwangen University and also all the CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE for all ICD events that i chose to attend. Ceteris paribus, I will be attending all the certificate programs that they will be offering these December because I am their student. And I don't have to pay a dime for it because I have already paid my school fees and fulfilled all other conditions. Like i said earlier, nobody can decide for you. But if i were you, I will jettison the plans of going for a 2 weeks certificate program and apply for a proper academic course. But the choice is all yours. God bless AZUH: @ogagaejay . thanks that is why i posted it here ,going for a degree , that wud b nice but i don't know how it works and no one to put me tru i am always following this trend but it for advanced people' people that has little knowledge about what is going on . i am only reading about dutch bank , transfer and all that , i don't know how to get to that level . its step by step but for this course on CCDS its ONLY two weeks n i know about the course . they have all the outline its something that has to do with business, entrepreneurship between and Africa and Europe . if its real i will go for it . i don't know is the site is real or iit belong one smart guy hustling .i just want to know if its real or not .thanks . |

The site is real bro. Although my own course is for one year. Not 2 weeks. Yours will probably be a certificate course or something. Just think it through before you leap. I have always wanted to study something about diplomacy and when i saw the opportunity offered by the ICD to combine with my MA in International Economics and Business, i jumped at it. You need to think yours through too. Nobody can choose for you. And don't be desperate.
